Free Edition definition

Free Edition refers to the free of charge version of the App.
Free Edition means a Edition of the GPS Gateway Free software, so identified, to be used absolutely free for your own purpose for unlimited times and strictly not for any commercial purpose. The Free Edition may not have some features and the Free Edition may be converted to the any GPS Gateway Paid Licensed Edition. In which case, and at such time, the GPS Gateway Edition licensed to you becomes paid edition license, subject to all of the terms and conditions of GPS Gateway paid XXXX. Although Vutog at all times owns the Software, you will have certain limited rights to use the Software after your acceptance of all of the terms and conditions of this XXXX, which use shall be subject at all times to your compliance with this XXXX. Free Edition means the Software with limited access to certain of its features. Notwithstanding any other provisions herein, Parasoft (a) may not provide Maintenance for Free Editions; (b) provides no warranty for Free Editions; (c) provides no indemnification for Free Editions; and (d) accepts no liability for Free Editions.
