Game Data definition

Game Data means, except for the Tencent Platform Data, Garena Platform Data and Personal Data, ANY data and record that stores permanent and persistent information about the state of play in Branded Games, including but not limited to data regarding teams, competitors, in-game achievements, Game Virtual Items, logs, and other data generated within any of the Licensed IP, submitted by an end user directly into a Branded Game, or otherwise generated or collected directly in a Branded Game.
Game Data means a collection of End User data relating to the game-play information recorded by the Localized Game, such as character appearance (face/body) and attributes (level/experience points/skills), item inventory and other statistics of each and every one of the End users, including all data and information arising from or relating to the Localized Game.
Game Data means the data that the Server Software accesses to store the permanent and persistent information about the state of the Servers including, but not limited to, characters, Accounts, logs, items, quests, monsters, guilds and other game and player information. RGI shall have access to Game Data at all times.

Examples of Game Data in a sentence

  • Garena will not directly or indirectly access or collect any Game Data, Personal Data, or any other data from Tencent’s operation of any Branded Game in the Tencent Territory or from any end user of any Branded Game in the Tencent Territory.

  • Both parties shall jointly own, in equal part, all Account information, Game Data, User and game databases created as a result of Licensee’s operation of the Game during the Term.

  • The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Game, Intellectual Property Rights, Licensee Properties, Game Data, the terms of this Agreement and all component parts of all of the foregoing are and remain the Confidential Information of the respective owner.

  • During the applicable Distribution Term for each Localized Game, neither Party will be entitled to use any Game Data of that Localized Game without the other Party’s written consent except for obligations of each Party pursuant to this Agreement.

  • To the extent permitted under applicable law and subject to Sections 7.1 and 7.2, Tencent and Licensee will jointly own all right, title, and interest in and to the Game Data.

  • In addition to the foregoing, Licensee shall at all times grant Flagship/HBS remote access, through a secure online connection to be Approved by Flagship/HBS, to all Hardware on which Server Software is installed, including, without limitation, all Realms, and any and all Game Data stored therein.

  • To the extent permitted under applicable law, Proxima will own all right, title, and interest in and to the Game Data.

  • However, if applicable law in the Territory prohibits Proxima from owning the Game Data, Licensee hereby grants to Proxima a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, fully paid up, sublicensable (through multiple levels), world-wide, and transferrable right at no additional charges to use, distribute, prepare derivative works of, or otherwise exploit in any manner of the Game Data.

  • As between Garena and its affiliates and Tencent, Garena and its affiliates own all intellectual property and proprietary rights in and to all Garena IP (including the Licensed IP), Garena Platform, Garena Platform Data, Game Data and Personal Data within the Garena Territory.

  • Dream Square shall be responsible for maintaining and operating the Game Data Centers in a secure manner.


More Definitions of Game Data

Game Data means any game and user information generated from use or access of a Smartposting Product, including characters, logs, items, missions, creatures, and other game and player information.
Game Data means, for each Licensed Game, all data, records, and information that is collected or generated through operation of that Licensed Game. Game Data includes data, records, and information: (a) submitted, uploaded, posted, or otherwise made available by an End User; (b) about an End User’s game play such as characters, accounts, logs, items, quests, monsters, and guilds; (c) collected or generated as a result of an End User’s access or use of the Licensed Game; (d) stored by the Server Software; and (e) used to display usage statistics such as time played, scores, leader boards, and Game Virtual Items purchased. For clarity, Game Data will not include any Personal Data or Licensee Platform Data.
Game Data means any historic transaction, play, whether of fun or for real money, or any other possible interaction recorded between the Customers and the computers on the Network since its inception and which is in the possession of the Vendor as of the date hereof;
Game Data means data related to the Localized Games generated by End Users during the operation of the Localized Games, including but not limited to art images (facial shapes , bodies, etc. ) and features (levels, experience points, skills, etc.) of game characters, summoning beasts, props, mounts, etc., virtual props like items/equipment, tasks, achievements and other in-game information, as well as all game-related log data. The database used to store the above Game Data is called “ Game Database ”.
Game Data means all data, records, and information that is collected or generated through operation of the Game. Game Data includes data, records, and information: (a) submitted, uploaded, posted, or otherwise made available by an End User; (b) about an End User’s Game play such as characters, accounts, logs, items, quests, monsters, and guilds; (c) collected or generated as a result of an End User’s access or use of the Game; (d) stored by the Server Software; and (e) used to display usage statistics such as time played, scores, leader boards, and Game Virtual Items purchased. For clarity, Game Data does not include any Personal Data.
Game Data means the data that the Server Software accesses to store the permanent and persistent information about the state of the Realms including, but not limited to, characters, Accounts, logs, items, quests, monsters, guilds and other game and player information. HBS shall have access to Game Data at all times.

Related to Game Data

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

  • Service Data means all electronic data, text, messages, communications or other materials submitted to and stored within a Service by You, Agents and End-Users in connection with Your use of such Service.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.

  • Download means copying data from one computer system (for example a backend server) to another (for example a vehicle).

  • Vendor Data means any and all information, data and documentation to be provided by Subcontractor and any of its lower-tier Subcontractors under this Subcontract.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Online means transactions through electronic data-interchange whether real time transactions or otherwise, which may be through the internet, intranet networks and the like.

  • Your Data means all electronic data or information submitted by You to the Purchased Services.

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Customer information systems means any methods used to access, collect, store, use, transmit, protect, or dispose of customer in- formation.

  • Google means the Google Entity that is party to the Agreement.

  • Microsoft means Microsoft Corporation.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • fingerprint data means the data relating to the four fingerprints of the index, middle finger, ring finger and little finger from the right hand where present, and otherwise from the left hand;

  • Computer database or “database” means a collection of recorded information in a form capable of, and for the purpose of, being stored in, processed, and operated on by a computer. The term does not include computer software.

  • Hosted Software means the software owned and controlled by Vendor or Vendor’s third-party contractor that supports the Hosted Software Services.

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Oracle Software means any software agent, application or tool that Oracle makes available to You for download specifically for purposes of facilitating Your access to, operation of, and/or use with, the Services.
