Field Reviews. (i) At any time and from time to time during regular business hours, permit the Agent, or its agents or representatives, (A) to examine and make copies of and abstracts from all books, records and documents (including, without limitation, computer tapes and disks) in the possession or under the control of the Transferor relating to Pool Receivables, including, without limitation, the related Contracts and purchase orders and other agreements, and (B) to visit the offices and properties of the Transferor for the purpose of examining such materials described in clause (i)(A) next above, and to discuss matters relating to Pool Receivables or the Transferor's performance hereunder with any of the officers or employees of the Transferor having knowledge of such matters; and (ii) without limiting the provisions of clause (i)(A) next above, from time to time on request of the Agent, permit Coopers & Lybrxxx xx other certified public accountants or other auditors reasonably acceptable to the Agent to conduct, at the Transferor's expense, a review of the Transferor's books and records with respect to the Pool Receivables.
Field Reviews. (i) At any time and from time to time during regular business hours, permit the Agent, or its agents or representatives, (A) to examine and make copies of and abstracts from all books, records and documents (including, without limitation, computer tapes and disks) in the possession or under the control of Servicer relating to Pool Receivables, including, without limitation, the related Contracts and purchase orders and other agreements, and (B) to visit the offices and properties of Servicer for the purpose of examining such materials described in CLAUSE (I)(A) next above, and to discuss matters relating to Pool Receivables or Servicer's performance hereunder with any of the officers or employees of Servicer having knowledge of such matters; and (ii) without limiting the provisions of CLAUSE (I)(A) next above, from time to time on request of the Agent, permit certified public accountants or other auditors acceptable to the Agent to conduct, at Servicer's expense, a review of Servicer's books and records with respect to the Pool Receivables.
Field Reviews. The CONSULTANT shall collect information from the maintaining agencies and conduct a field review. The review should include but is not limited to the following: Existing lighting equipment Load center, capabilities and condition/age Condition of lighting structure(s) Verification of vertical and horizontal clearances Verification of breakaway requirements
Field Reviews. GENESIS anticipates two (2) project field reviews with the production staff during the conceptual plans development. The staff will evaluate the survey data collected and focus on areas that present design challenges to the proposed improvements; such as, driveway connections, utility conflicts, pedestrian connections, etc.
Field Reviews. The field review Appraisal must be written on one of the following forms, based on the property type: • One-Unit Residential Appraisal Field Review Report (FNMA Form 2000 / FHLMC Form 1032); or • Two-to-Four Unit Residential Appraisal Field Review Report (FNMA Form 2000A / FHLMC Form 1072). A field review Appraisal is required for ten percent (10%) of the Mortgage Loans selected in the random sampling process that have an Appraisal. The ten percent (10%) sample may be selected using a random or targeted sampling methodology, allowing PFIs to choose certain loans or Appraisals. The field review Appraisal must be performed by a qualified, appropriately licensed or certified appraiser independent of the original appraiser or appraisal firm. A field review Appraisal must include at least the following: • Clear and detailed copied, digital, or electronically imaged photographs of: o the Mortgaged Property (front, back and street scene); o the comparables used in the Appraisal under review; o any additional comparables used in the field review Appraisal. • All addenda and explanations. • A location map that shows the location of: o the subject property; o all comparables included in the Appraisal report under review; o any additional comparable sales provided by the review appraiser. • A review of the accuracy of the factual data in the original Appraisal report.
Field Reviews. The STC and the City project manager (if available) will walk the project corridor and collect relevant information to aid in developing the Alternative and Detailed Designs. This assessment will include documenting existing field conditions utilizing as-built information provided by the City and utility companies. STC will evaluate the corridor for compliance with minimum safety standards as provided in the CA-MUTCD and specific City standards. STC will review the adjacent traffic signals and check for existing conduit that can be utilized for fiber optic cable installation.
Field Reviews. The Developer covenants and agrees to retain the Consulting Engineer during the construction period for the purpose of on-site field reviews to ensure compliance with the approved design and to provide certification of the construction documentation and Record Drawings of the Works and Services.
Field Reviews. The Department receives complaints or requests from concerned citizens and local government agencies about safety concerns on the state highway network. A qualified traffic engineer from the Consultant firm shall conduct a field review of those locations to determine the extent of the problem and its recommended action. As part of this task, the Consultant shall fill out a check list that requires, at a minimum, the following information:
