Grants Operational Manual definition

Grants Operational Manual means the manual describing eligible activities and qualifications for recipients, other policies and procedures for activities to be carried out under Part 1(c), 2(c), 2(d) of the Project, as adopted and approved by the ICT Board, and as the same shall be amended from time to time acceptable to the World Bank.
Grants Operational Manual means the Grants Operational Manual referred to in paragraph (3) (a) (ii) of Schedule 4 hereto, as same may be amended from time to time in agreement with the Association, and such term includes any schedules to the Grants Operational Manual;
Grants Operational Manual means the manual to be prepared and approved by the Borrower pursuant to Section IV.B.1 (d) (ii), setting forth an amount, terms and conditions, eligibility criteria and selection procedures and implementation, monitoring and reporting of respective Grants under Part B.1 (a) (i) and (ii) of the Project.

  • Goods and works required for Part A.2 of the Project shall be procured in accordance with procedures acceptable to the Association, and specified in the Grants Operational Manual.

  • Services estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract and required under Part C.3 of the Project may be procured in accordance with commercial practices acceptable to the Bank and with the Small Grants Operational Manual.

Grants Operational Manual means the manual describing procedures for implementation of the Rural Development Grants under Part A.1 of the Project, to be adopted by the Borrower and satisfactory to the Bank, and including, inter alia: (a) adequate procedures and controls relating to eligibility, evaluation, selection, procurement and flow of funds for grants with a view to ensure use of funds for intended purposes; and (b) adequate environmental and social safeguard measures.
Grants Operational Manual means the manual describing procedures for implementation of the Rural Development Grants under Part A.1 of the Project, to be adopted by the Recipient and satisfactory to the Bank, and including, inter alia: (a) adequate procedures and controls relating to eligibility, evaluation, selection, procurement and flow of funds for grants with a view to ensure use of funds for intended purposes.; and (b) adequate environmental and social safeguard measures.
Grants Operational Manual means the operational manual referred to in paragraph 5 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, as such manual may be amended from time to time with the agreement of the Association.

  • Operational Manual means the manual referred to in Section 3.03 of this Agreement;

  • Financial Management Manual means the Financial Management Manual, referred to in paragraph B of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, that sets out the financial and accounting arrangements for Implementing Partners and the Recipient’s entities, in form and substance satisfactory to the Association;

  • Design Manual means the MOHLTC design manual or manuals in effect and applicable to the development, upgrade, retrofit, renovation or redevelopment of the Home or Beds subject to this Agreement.

  • System for Award Management (SAM) database means the primary Government repository for contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.

  • Quality Assurance Plan or “QAP” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 11.2;

  • Quality Assurance Program means the overall quality program and associated activities including the Department’s Quality Assurance, Design-Builder Quality Control, the Contract’s quality requirements for design and construction to assure compliance with Department Specifications and procedures.
