Grid Connection Agreement definition

Grid Connection Agreement means an offer in relation to a Grid Connection from a Licensed Distributor accepted and duly executed by the Generator or, where the Generator is not the owner of the Private Network associated with the Facility, duly executed by the Private Network Operator;
Grid Connection Agreement means the agreement entered into between the Project Company and the Network Operator with respect to the connection of the Facility to the Grid or any replacement thereof.
Grid Connection Agreement or “GCA” shall mean an agreement between BBL Company and an NNO regarding several aspects of a connection between the BBL-Facilities and the neighbouring network concerned, which may include measurement, allocation, operational balancing, conditions to operation, arrangements with regard to installations and/or operational safety.

More Definitions of Grid Connection Agreement

Grid Connection Agreement means the agreement to be entered into between the Generator and the TSO setting out the terms on which the ORESS 1 Project will be connected to the transmission system in Ireland (for the avoidance of doubt, not including Northern Ireland);
