Examples of Group II Employee in a sentence
A "Group II Employee" shall mean a U.S. Visteon Employee who (i) was not a Group I Employee; (ii) had as of July 1, 2000 a combination of age and continuous service that equals or exceeds sixty (60) points (partial months disregarded); and (iii) could become eligible for normal or regular early retirement under the provisions of the GRP as in effect on July 1, 2000 within the period after July 1, 2000 equal to the employee's Ford service as of July 1, 2000.
A Group I or Group II Employee shall retain eligibility to receive an Executive Separation Allowance and shall receive such benefits as are applicable under the terms of the Plan in effect on the retirement date, based on meeting the minimum Leadership Level required for eligibility for such benefits as of July 1, 2000, service as of July 1, 2000, and the Base Monthly Salary as of the retirement date.
For purposes of this paragraph, a "Group III Employee" shall mean a U.S. Visteon Employee who participated in the GRP prior to July 1, 2000 other than a Group I or Group II Employee.
In addition to designating the percentage of deferrals in the Enrollment Agreement as provided in Section 4.02(b), the Group II Employee shall also designate the time on which such Group II Deferral Contributions for the Plan Year shall be paid to the Group II Employee.
For this purpose, a Group II Employee shall be credited with a year of service for each twelve (12) consecutive months of employment as an Employee, measured from his or her employment commencement date with the Employer and each anniversary thereof.
Any Group II Employee who ceases Base Salary Deferrals and/or Bonus Deferrals on account of an Unforeseeable Emergency shall not be eligible to elect to make any future Base Salary Deferrals and/or Bonus Deferrals for the remainder of the Plan Year in which the Unforeseeable Emergency occurs.
In the event a Group I or Group II Employee has credited service under the GRP of thirty or more years as of the Benefit Transition Date, no Visteon Mirror Interim Supplement or Temporary Benefit shall be payable.
The Group II Employee shall not be eligible to receive any further Group II Employer Defined Contributions and Group II Matching Contributions, or elect to make Base Salary Deferrals and/or Bonus Deferrals, as a Group II Employee for any future Plan Year, unless the Group II Employee subsequently qualifies as a Group II Employee.
