Hospital Property definition

Hospital Property means each psychiatric hospital or acute care hospital, and the campus and Real Property on which such hospital is located, owned, leased or operated by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries (including the furniture, fixture and equipment thereon).
Hospital Property means the entire main hospital campus, including areasand structures that are located within 250 yards of the main buildings, and any other areas determined on an individual case basis by the CMS regional office, to be part of the main hospital’s campus. Hospital property can include the parkinglots, sidewalks, and drivewayson the main hospital campus. It does not include private businesses, residences or public streets.
Hospital Property means the entire main hospital campus . . ., including the parking lot, sidewalk, and driveway, but excluding other areas or structures of the hospital's main building that are not part of the hospital, such as physician offices, rural health centers, skilled nursing facilities, or other entities that participate separately under Medicare, or restaurants, shops, or other nonmedical facilities."

Hospital Property means the following:
Hospital Property shall have the meaning set forth in paragraph B of the recitals to this Declaration; provided, however, for purposes of Article II hereof, if the Hospital Property is ever subdivided or if a portion (but not all) of the Hospital Property is ever transferred or conveyed such that the Hospital Property is thereafter owned by more than one Person, then from and after such subdivision, transfer or conveyance, the Hospital Property shall mean that portion of the real property described on Exhibit B attached hereto, that is owned or ground leased (as described in the definition of “Hospital Property Owner” (as hereinafter defined)), as the case may be, by the Person who is the Hospital Property Owner for purposes of Article II of this Declaration as determined pursuant to the definition of Hospital Property Owner.
Hospital Property means the parcel of real estate, exclusive of the Land and Buildings, legally described on Exhibit B attached hereto and made a part hereof, together with the improvements located thereon, including the Hospital.

Hospital Property means the entire main Hospital campus, including the physical area immediately adjacent to the Hospital’s main buildings (e.g., parking lots, sidewalks, and driveways), and other areas and structures that are not attached to the Hospital’s main buildings but are located within 250 yards of the Hospital’s main buildings. Hospital Property excludes areas or structures of the Hospital’s main building that are not part of the Hospital, such as physician offices, rural health centers, skilled nursing facilities, or other entities that participate separately under Medicare, or restaurants, shops, or other nonmedical facilities.

Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

If the property is a space rental mobile home park, residential rental property includes the rental space that is leased or rented by the owner of that rental space but does not include the mobile home or recreational vehicle that serves as the actual dwelling if the dwelling is owned and occupied by the tenant of the rental space and not by the owner of the rental space.

  • Hospitals means either an employee when engaged in repairs, demolition and / or maintenance in any block or portion of a hospital used for the care or treatment of patients suffering from infections or contagious diseases or when an employee is working inside a morgue in which one (1) or more dead bodies are not in refrigeration. Inclement weather will mean the existence of rain or abnormal climatic conditions (whether they be those of hail, snow, cold, high wind, severe dust storm, extreme high temperature or the like or any combination thereof) by virtue of which it is either not reasonable or not safe for employees to continue working whilst the same prevail. Industry allowance means an allowance to compensate for the following disabilities associated with construction work: Insulation includes handling charcoal, pumice, granulated cork, silicate of cotton, insulwool, slag wool, limpet fibre, vermiculite or other recognise insulating materials of a like nature, associated with similar disability in its use. This will also apply where an employee is working in the immediate vicinity who is affected by the use of such materials. Irrigation installer means an employee employed or usually employed in executing any irrigation plumbing. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing such work will include the following: Lagger means a person that insulates or clads ducts, pipes, valves or any other thing used in or in connection with the plumbing and air conditioning industry for the protection of thermal and or acoustics.

  • Health care facilities means buildings, structures, or equipment suitable and intended for, or incidental or ancillary to, use in providing health services, including, but not limited to, hospitals; hospital long-term care units; infirmaries; sanatoria; nursing homes; medical care facilities; outpatient clinics; ambulatory care facilities; surgical and diagnostic facilities; hospices; clinical laboratories; shared service facilities; laundries; meeting rooms; classrooms and other educational facilities; students', nurses', interns', or physicians' residences; administration buildings; facilities for use as or by health maintenance organizations; facilities for ambulance operations, advanced mobile emergency care services, and limited advanced mobile emergency care services; research facilities; facilities for the care of dependent children; maintenance, storage, and utility facilities; parking lots and structures; garages; office facilities not less than 80% of the net leasable space of which is intended for lease to or other use by direct providers of health care; facilities for the temporary lodging of outpatients or families of patients; residential facilities for use by the aged or disabled; and all necessary, useful, or related equipment, furnishings, and appurtenances and all lands necessary or convenient as sites for the health care facilities described in this subdivision.

  • Psychiatric hospital means an Institution constituted, licensed, and operated as set forth in the laws that apply to Hospitals, which meets all of the following requirements:

  • Outpatient hospital services means preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic, observation, rehabilitation, or palliative services provided to an outpatient by or under the direction of a physician, dentist, or other practitioner by an institution that:
