IC Services definition

IC Services means the services to be performed by the Independent Certifier in connection with the Project as set out in Schedule 3 and the body of this Deed and “Additional Services” means any other services which the Independent Certifier performs pursuant to clause 6 of this Deed;

• This Agreement will come into effect upon your first use of the IC Services and remain in force until terminated as set out in this Agreement.

• Any such material which is produced by IC Services Corporation as a result of this agreement is considered copyrighted material.

• Any changes to services and/or facilities in sections I.C. (Services and Fees) will likely involve additional fees for services or penalties.

• In making payments, you acknowledge that you are not relying on future availability of the IC Services beyond the Term.
