Improvement to Property definition

Improvement to Property means, without limitation: (a) the construction, installation or erection of any building, structure, fence, dwelling unit or other Improvements, including utility facilities; (b) the demolition or destruction, by voluntary action, of any building, structure, fence, or other Improvements; (c) the grading, excavation, filling, or similar disturbance to the surface of any Lot, including, without limitation, change of grade, change of ground level, change of drainage pattern, or change of stream bed; (d) installation or changes to the landscaping on any Lot;(e) cutting of any tree more than 3 inches in diameter and (f) any exterior modification, expansion change or alteration of any previously approved Improvement to Property, including any change of exterior appearance, color, or texture not expressly permitted by this Declaration, or rules and regulations adopted by Declarant or the Board of Directors of the Association with the Declarant’s consent.

Examples of Improvement to Property in a sentence

  • The Special Education professional program report containing the revised program assessment system will be resubmitted to CEC.

  • These Guidelines contain a listing of specific types of Improvements to Property which homeowners might wish to make with specific information as to each of these types of Improvement to Property; and a summary of procedures for obtaining approval from the DRC.

  • There must be a description of the proposed Improvement to Property, including the materials to be used and the colors.

  • In reviewing any matter, the Approval Entity shall not be responsible for reviewing, nor shall its approval of an Improvement to Property be deemed approval of, the Improvement to Property from the standpoint of safety, whether structural or otherwise, or conformance with building codes, or other governmental laws or regulations.

  • In all other cases, including Improvements not included in Section 3, advance, or prior written approval by the ARC is required before an Improvement to Property is commenced.


More Definitions of Improvement to Property

Improvement to Property means a building or other improvement erected on or affixed to a parcel;
Improvement to Property means a building, structure, fixture or fence erected on or affixed to land, or a movable structure that is designed to be occupied for residential or business purposes whether or not affixed to the land;
Improvement to Property means any improvement, change, alteration or addition to any property within the Master Association Area, as more particularly defined in Section 9.2 hereof.

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Improvement Costs means any additional expenditure on a fixed asset that materially increases the capacity of the asset or materially improves its functioning or represents more than 10% of the initial depreciation base of the asset;

  • Improvements shall have the meaning set forth in the granting clause of the Mortgage.

  • Capital Improvements mean the purchase, renovation, rehabilitation, or construction of permanent land, buildings, structures, equipment and furnishings used directly for or in the Project, and any goods or services for the Project that are purchased and capitalized under GAAP, including any organizational costs and research and development costs incurred in Illinois. Capitalized lease costs for land, buildings, structures or equipment shall be included in “Capital Improvements” only if the lease term, including any extensions or options to extend, equals or exceeds the term of this Agreement, and provided that such lease costs are valued at their present value using the corporate interest rate prevailing at the time the Company filed its Application with the Department.

  • Substitute Improvements means the substitute or additional improvements of the Issuer described in Article V hereof.
