Increased Rate Period definition

Increased Rate Period shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 2.2(g)(i).
Increased Rate Period means the period from December 15, 1999 to January 17, 2000.

Examples of Increased Rate Period in a sentence

  • In no event shall an Increased Rate be cumulative, notwithstanding the existence of and continuation of multiple conditions giving rise to an Increased Rate Period.

  • The Dividend Rate shall be adjusted to the Increased Rate for each Increased Rate Period (or portion thereof) as provided in Section 2.1(f) below.

  • The Dividend Rate shall be adjusted to the Increased Rate for each Increased Rate Period as provided in Section 2.1(f) below.

  • In the event that an Increased Rate Period is in effect for any Rate Period for an Outstanding Series of iMTP Shares (or the Increased Rate is otherwise in effect for any portion of a Rate Period), the Fund will, as soon as practicable, (i) make public disclosure via press release of the effectiveness of the Increased Rate for such Increased Rate Period (or portion of a Rate Period) and (ii) provide notice thereof by Electronic Means to the Agent.

  • The Calculation and Paying Agent shall have no duty to determine the occurrence or continuance of any event or events that constitute an Increased Rate Period under the Amendment.

  • Such public disclosure and notification to the Agent will constitute the Fund's sole obligation with respect to notification to any Person concerning the effectiveness of the Increased Rate for any Increased Rate Period (or portion of a Rate Period).

  • In the event that an Increased Rate Period is in effect for any Rate Period for any Outstanding Series of iMTP Shares (or the Increased Rate is otherwise in effect for any portion of a Rate Period), the Fund will, as soon as practicable, (i) make public disclosure via press release of the effectiveness of the Increased Rate for such Increased Rate Period (or portion of a Rate Period) and (ii) provide notice thereof by Electronic Means to the Agent.

  • Any period during which the Special Event occurs and for which this Debenture bears such increased interest rate is referred to as an "Increased Rate Period." The Issuer will have the option to redeem this Debenture at any time during an Increased Rate Period until any Special Event Termination.

  • If a Special Event Termination occurs, then the Increased Rate Period will cease and the interest rate payable on this Debenture will return to the rate in existence before the Increased Rate Period.

  • Such public disclosure and notification to the Agent will constitute the Fund’s sole obligation with respect to notification to any Person concerning the effectiveness of the Increased Rate for any Increased Rate Period (or portion of a Rate Period).

Related to Increased Rate Period

  • Special Rate Period with respect to the VRDP Shares, has the meaning specified in paragraph (a) of Section 4 of Part I of the Articles Supplementary.

  • Increased Rate means, with respect to any Increased Rate Period for a Series of RVMTP Shares, the Index Rate for such Increased Rate Period plus an Applicable Spread of 5.92%.

  • Fixed Rate Period shall have the meaning in the form of Security set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Floating Rate Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b) hereof.

  • Quarterly Floating Rate Period means, for the initial Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the period commencing on September 20, 2018 and ending on and including December 19, 2018, and thereafter the period from and including the day immediately following the end of the immediately preceding Quarterly Floating Rate Period to but excluding the next succeeding Quarterly Commencement Date.

  • Subsequent Rate Period means, with respect to any Series of RVMTP Shares, the period consisting of seven calendar days, but adjusted in each case to reflect any changes when the regular calendar day that is a Rate Determination Date is not a Business Day, from, and including, the first calendar day following the Initial Rate Period of such Series to, and including, the next Rate Determination Date for such Series and any period thereafter from, and including, the first calendar day following a Rate Determination Date for shares of such Series to, and including, the next succeeding Rate Determination Date for shares of such Series.

  • Pricing Rate Period means, with respect to any Transaction and any Remittance Date (a) in the case of the first Pricing Rate Period, the period commencing on and including the Purchase Date for such Transaction and ending on and excluding the following Remittance Date, and (b) in the case of any subsequent Pricing Rate Period, the period commencing on and including the immediately preceding Remittance Date and ending on and excluding such Remittance Date; provided, however, that in no event shall any Pricing Rate Period for a Purchased Asset end subsequent to the Repurchase Date for such Purchased Asset.

  • Interest Rate Period means any Daily Interest Rate Period, Weekly Interest Rate Period, Short-Term Interest Rate Period, Long- Term Interest Rate Period or ARS Interest Rate Period.

  • Initial Fixed Rate Period means the period commencing on the Issue Date and ending on and including June 30, 2020.

  • LIBOR Rate Adjustment Date With respect to each Distribution Date, the second LIBOR Business Day immediately preceding the commencement of the related Interest Accrual Period.

  • Fixed Rate Interest Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Issue Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date, and each successive period beginning on (and including) a Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date.

  • Term Rate Period means any period of time during which a Group of 2024 Series A Variable Rate Bonds bears interest at the Term Rate.

  • Rate Period has the meaning set forth in the Statement.

  • Initial Rate Period means, with respect to the VMTP Shares of any Series, the period commencing on and including the Date of Original Issue thereof and ending on, and including, the next succeeding calendar day that is a Wednesday (or if such Wednesday is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day).

  • Floating Rate Interest Period means, during the Floating Rate Period, the period beginning on (and including) a Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date; provided that the first Floating Rate Interest Period will begin on (and include) April 18, 2025 and will end on (but exclude) the first Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date.

  • Subsequent Fixed Rate Period means for the initial Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the period commencing on July 1, 2020 and ending on and including June 30, 2025 and for each succeeding Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the period commencing on the day immediately following the end of the immediately preceding Subsequent Fixed Rate Period and ending on and including June 30 in the fifth year thereafter.

  • Weekly Rate Period means any period of time during which a Group of 2021 Series J Variable Rate Bonds bears interest at the Weekly Rate.

  • Applicable Interest Period for each Credit Facility has the meaning specified for that Credit Facility in the Credit Facility Schedule; provided, however, that, at any time that the Applicable Prime Rate is the Applicable Index Rate, Applicable Interest Period shall mean the period commencing as of the most recent Applicable Interest Rate Determination Date and continuing until the next Applicable Interest Rate Determination Date or such earlier date as the Applicable Prime Rate shall no longer be the Applicable Index Rate; and provided, further, that, at any time the Libor Rate Index is adjusted as set forth in the definition thereof, or re-implemented following invocation of the Applicable Prime Rate as permitted herein, the Applicable Interest Period shall mean the period commencing as of such adjustment or re-implementation and continuing until the next Applicable Interest Rate Determination Date, if any.

  • LIBOR Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest at a LIBOR Rate.

  • Reference Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest as provided in Section 2.09(a).

  • Interest Period Date means each Interest Payment Date unless otherwise specified hereon.

  • Reset Interest Period means each period from (and including) any Reset Date and ending on (but excluding) the next Reset Date.

  • LIBOR Advance means an Advance bearing interest at a rate based upon the LIBOR Rate.

  • Eurodollar Period means, as to each Eurodollar Rate Loan, the period commencing on the date specified by Borrower pursuant to Section 2.1(b) and ending 1, 2, 3 or 6 months (or, with the written consent of all of the Lenders, any other period) thereafter, as specified by Borrower in the applicable Request for Loan; provided that:

  • Fixed Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest at a Fixed Rate.

  • Subsequent Reset Rate of Interest means, in respect of any Subsequent Reset Period, the rate of interest determined by the Calculation Agent on the relevant Reset Determination Date as the sum of the relevant Mid-Swap Rate and the relevant Subsequent Margin.
