INDEMNITY BENEFITS. – means covered legal services which are reimbursed to the insured up to the benefit amount indicated under the specific coverage. The insured is responsible for all legal services which may exceed the amount paid by us.

INDEMNITY BENEFITS means the money paid to an injured worker for part of the wages he or she might lose if the injury or illness disables the employee for more than seven (7) calendar days and he or she is unable to earn the same wages in the same or any other job as he or she earned at the time of injury. (Indemnity benefits means the same as compensation or compensation benefits.)
