Inexcusable Delay definition

Inexcusable Delay means any delay of the completion of the Project beyond the expiration of the Contract Time resulting from causes other than those listed above. An Inexcusable Delay shall not entitle the Contractor to an extension of the Contract Time or an adjustment of the Contract Sum.

More Definitions of Inexcusable Delay

Inexcusable Delay means any delay in the completion of the work beyond the expiration of the contract time resulting from causes other than Excusable Delays or Compensable Delays. An Inexcusable Delay shall not entitle the Contractor to an extension of the contract time or an adjustment of the contract sum. In addition to liquidated damages for inexcusable delays, the Contractor agrees to pay the Town’s actual costs, including charges for engineering, inspection and administration incurred during the delay.
