Inexcusable Delay definition

Inexcusable Delay means any delay of the completion of the Project beyond the expiration of the Contract Time resulting from causes other than those listed above. An Inexcusable Delay shall not entitle the Contractor to an extension of the Contract Time or an adjustment of the Contract Sum.

Inexcusable Delay means any delay beyond the Contract Time resulting from causes other than those listed in Subparagraphs A1 and A2, above. An Inexcusable Delay will not entitle the Contractor to an extension of Contract Time or an adjustment of the Contract price.

• If, as a result of an Inexcusable Delay, Delivery does not occur within […***…] after the last day of the Scheduled Delivery Month the Buyer shall have the right, exercisable by written notice to the Seller […***…] to require from the Seller a good faith renegotiation of the Scheduled Delivery Month for the affected Aircraft.

More Definitions of Inexcusable Delay

Inexcusable Delay means any delay in the completion of the work beyond the expiration of the contract time resulting from causes other than Excusable Delays or Compensable Delays. An Inexcusable Delay shall not entitle the Contractor to an extension of the contract time or an adjustment of the contract sum. In addition to liquidated damages for inexcusable delays, the Contractor agrees to pay the Town’s actual costs, including charges for engineering, inspection and administration incurred during the delay.
