Information Service Fee definition

Information Service Fee means such fee arising from the use of SP/CP’s content information or application services other than communication fee. Information Service Fee shall be divided in certain portions between Party A and Party B. Before the distribution in certain percentage between Party A and Party B, the fee, calculated by Party A’s settlement system, to be collected from Subscribers is, the “Aggregate Amount of Information Service Fee”. The fee paid to Party B after Party A deducts certain percentage and expenses from the Aggregate Amount of information Service Fee is the “Settlement Information Service Fee”.
Information Service Fee means the information service fees arising from the use of application services or information services provided by SP, which shall be set down by the SP who provides services in principle but subject to approval of the relevant authority. The suggested upper limit for Information Service Fee is 2.00 RMB per piece, the upper limit for services paid on a monthly basis is 30.00 RMB, and the adjustment period for Information Service fee shall be no shorter than half year. For the purposes of giving full play of the advantage of each Party in its resource, the parties have reached the following agreement with respect to SMS cooperation in accordance with the principles of equality and mutual benefit, advantage sharing and mutual development:
Information Service Fee means such fee arising from the use of the SP's application services or information services. It is in principle determined by such SP and subject to approval of relevant authorities. It is suggested that its ceiling be 2 yuan per piece or 30 yuan per month. The fee may be adjusted as often as every six months. Party A, as an operator of mobile communications and mobile data services, provides open communications channels to all application providers with certain charges. Party B, as an application provider, provides application services under the information category directly to the users of Party A's services. With a view to taking full advantage of their resources in their respective service areas to provide SMS services to the extensive range of users of Party A's services, The Parties agree as follows regarding the cooperation on SMS application services under the information category based on the principles of equality, mutual benefit and development through friendly negotiations.

Examples of Information Service Fee in a sentence

  • Any amendment to the Information Service Fee (including the amendment to the manner of fee collection) shall be implemented only upon Party A’s approval.

  • Where Party B collects the Information Service Fee from the users by itself, if Party B fails to make due payment of the Communication Fee payable to Party A within the time -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- limit provided in Article 12 of this Agreement, Party B shall be liable to pay liquidated damages to Party A in the amount of 0.01% of the overdue payment per diem.

Related to Information Service Fee

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

Inside Wire is owned or controlled by the End User (unless otherwise specified herein or under Applicable Law).

  • Service Fee means a fee charged by us to you for the administration of your credit facility.

These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Implementation Services means the supply, configuration and programming of Customer Equipment and/or Services and training where set out in an Order.

  • Distribution Services means the service of distribution, as defined in section 5 of the Act;

  • Monitoring Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(b) of this Agreement.
