Initial Tenant Improvements definition

Initial Tenant Improvements means tenant improvements within commercial spaces in residential or commercial buildings (office, retail) that are constructed pursuant to the first building permit or site permit/addenda issued for such spaces after completion of building core and shell.
Initial Tenant Improvements means the tenant improvements to be constructed in the Initial Premises pursuant to Tenant's plans and specifications, as approved by Landlord pursuant to the terms of Exhibit D attached hereto, and "Tenant Improvements" shall include the Initial Tenant Improvements.
Initial Tenant Improvements means the following work in the Premises:

More Definitions of Initial Tenant Improvements

Initial Tenant Improvements means those improvements that Landlord is obligated to construct at its sole cost and expense except as specified in paragraph IV below in the Premises pursuant to plans and specifications developed therefore in accordance with Paragraph II below.
Initial Tenant Improvements means all initial improvements to be constructed in the Leased Premises in accordance with the Work Letter.
Initial Tenant Improvements means the tenant improvements to be constructed by Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, as further described in Section 13 below and the Work Letter.
Initial Tenant Improvements shall be deemed to mean such alterations and improvements in the Premises as may be approved and constructed by Landlord as part of preparation of the Premises for Tenant’s occupancy as contemplated in the Work Letter.
Initial Tenant Improvements. The improvements to be installed by Landlord in the Premises in accordance with the Construction Plans. The type and quality of materials to be used by Landlord to construct the Initial Tenant Improvements will be consistent with the specifications set forth on the Preliminary Plans and Specifications.

Initial Tenant Improvements has the meaning given it in
