Instructional facility definition

Instructional facility means real property, an improvement to real property, or a necessary fixture of an improvement to real property that is used predominantly for teaching the required curriculum. Education Code 46.001
Instructional facility means a development where instruction, training or certification in a specific trade, service or skill are provided in a scheduled program of instruction excluding a School or a facility governed by the Post-Secondary Learning Act; [2013-07]

Instructional facility means a building or part of a building that is used for mandatory instructional purposes, is occupied by 6 or more students and used 4 or more hours per day or more than 12 hours per week, and is owned or leased by, or under the control of a college or university as defined in these rules.
