Contractor shall transmit in a timely fashion one (1) set of reproducible Contractor Submittals as prepared by Contractor or any Subcontractor in conjunction with the performance of the Work (in addition to the final As-Built Drawings and documentation to be included in the Job Books) for each Job Book deliverable to Owner under Section 2.8(i)(iii), and, pursuant to Owner’s reasonable request therefor, any additional Contractor Submittals and drawings not listed above.
Following NTP, the Job Book shall be updated on a timely basis from time to time and delivered to Buyer for review and comment as the Work progresses.
