Job Coaching definition

Job Coaching means support for an individual to maintain or advance in an individual job in a competitive integrated employment setting in the general workforce, including customized employment or self- employment.
Job Coaching means "job coaching" as defined in OAR 411-345- 0020.

  • The person’s Short-Term Job Coaching Employment Program Plan shall be developed consistent with the consumer’s IPE in terms of the employment goal, work hours per week and other relevant factors.

Job Coaching means a method of providing ongoing support services through the use of a worker known as a "job coach" who is present with the customer at the job site. These workers provide a variety of training, monitoring and support functions to customers receiving supported employment services.
