Joint Development Plan definition

Joint Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a).
Joint Development Plan means the manufacturing and clinical development plan for a Collaboration Product. The initial Joint Development Plan will be provided by Genmab pursuant to Section 3.1.3.
Joint Development Plan or “JDP” has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.3.

  • In the event that a Party performs one or more of its obligations under the Joint Development Plan for a Collaboration Product through any such Approved Subcontractor, then such Party shall at all times be responsible for the performance by such Approved Subcontractor of such Party’s obligations hereunder.

  • The JSC may, if appropriate, amend the Joint Development Plan for a Collaboration Product to permit such overrun or to reduce such activities such that no overrun is expected.

  • In the event that the JDT cannot agree on an annual update to the Joint Development Plan and Joint Budget, or the JSC does not approve an amendment as proposed by the JDT, then the most recent version of the Joint Development Plan and Joint Budget will be deemed the Joint Development Plan and Joint Budget for the period, until the Parties are able to reach an agreement on any update to the Joint Development Plan and Joint Budget.


More Definitions of Joint Development Plan

Joint Development Plan means a plan established by the Parties as described in Section 4.1 setting forth the activities to be conducted by or on behalf of Alliqua to Develop the Licensed Products in accordance with the terms of Article 4.
Joint Development Plan means, with respect to a Product, a rolling multi-year plan for medical and development activities, including Post Opt-In Development and Final Development, for a Product to be conducted after Sobi exercises its Opt-In Right for such Product, including [**]. For clarity, the Joint Development Plan shall include activities that are to be undertaken by the Parties separately for their respective Territories as well as activities that may be undertaken by the Parties jointly or for the benefit of both Territories. To the extent costs for any such activities shall be shared by the Parties, the Joint Development Plan shall also contain the budgets and the cost sharing ratios for such costs.
Joint Development Plan means the Joint Preclinical Development Plan or Joint Clinical Development Plan, as applicable.

Joint Development Plan means a documentary report specifying those Oil and Gas Operations that an Operator plans to conduct within the Joint Development Area.

Joint Development Plan means that plan promulgated by the Joint Project Team, ratified by the Joint Steering Committee and updated annually, under which the Parties shall conduct the research and development of this Collaboration Program, a first iteration of which is attached hereto as Schedule A and made a part hereof.
