Joint Foreground definition

Joint Foreground refers to Foreground generated by several Consortium Members as a result of jointly carried out work under the Agreement and where their respective shares of the Project cannot be ascertained.
Joint Foreground. Foreground that has been generated by work carried out jointly by at least two Parties in the framework of the execution of the Project and where it is impossible to distinguish each Party's intellectual contribution to the creation of Foreground, or where it cannot reasonably be established which Party has generated Foreground.
Joint Foreground means any Foreground conceived or reduced to practice jointly by any of Immunocore or its sub- contractors on the one hand and any of GSK, its Affiliates or their sublicensees or any of their sub- contractors on the other hand; JPT has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6;

Examples of Joint Foreground in a sentence

  • For clarity, any acquirer shall have the same rights as Atomwise under this Agreement, including with respect to the use of Institution Select Foreground IP and Joint Foreground IP.

  • Except for any priority applications, the filing of any applications for Joint Foreground shall require mutual agreement between the Contributors (but excluding any Contributors who choose pursuant to the paragraph below not to contribute to the cost of such application).

More Definitions of Joint Foreground

Joint Foreground means the Foreground that is jointly owned by the parties pursuant to clause 8.4;
Joint Foreground means all Foreground that is not Jxxxxxx Foreground or Company Foreground including any Intellectual Property Rights thereto.

Joint Foreground means all results, including but not limited to information, data, Software and know-how generated under the FIBRESHIP Project, in particular the FIBRESHIP application and the relevant accompanying documentation, as well as any IP rights attached to the results, in particular copyright.
Joint Foreground is defined in Section 6.3 of the present IPR Policy. "Licensed Member" is defined in Section 5 of the present IPR Policy.
