KPI Report definition

KPI Report means a key performance indicator report provided to PHARMAC under clause 24.1;
KPI Report means a report summarizing key performance metrics including eligible lives, membership, divisional headcount and Consolidated Recurring Revenue by Payor Counterparty.
KPI Report has the meaning specified in Section 5.21(a).

KPI Report means a monthly report prepared by the Borrower setting forth the utilization and rental revenue trends for the top six (6) equipment category classes of the Consolidated Parties, on a consolidated basis and by Operating Region, for such month.
