Land Acquisition Plan means a plan to be developed for a Sub-project which includes acquisition of land for proposed investments, and which is prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Safeguard Policies;
Land Acquisition Plan means the Borrower’s resettlement action plan, satisfactory to the Bank and approved by the RDA (as defined herein) on May 13, 2009, that sets out the principles and procedures governing land acquisition, resettlement, compensation of persons affected by the Project (as elaborated in the Land Acquisition Plan), as well as administrative, reporting and monitoring arrangements to ensure compliance with said plan, as such plan may be revised from time to time with the agreement of the Bank.

Land Acquisition Plan means the plan, satisfactory to the Bank, prepared and adopted by the Borrower, providing for processes and appropriate compensation for relocation of or loss of income to be incurred by individuals or business entities on account of Project implementation;
