Landscaped Works definition

Landscaped Works mean the landscaping works provided or to be provided within the Lot pursuant to Special Condition No.(15)(b) of the Conditions, which form part of the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities;
Landscaped Works mean the landscaping works to be provided within the Lot pursuant to Special Condition No.(9)(b) of the Conditions; “Lot” means all that piece or parcel of ground registered in the Land Registry as Tuen Mun Town Lot No.509; “Maintenance Manual for the Works and Installations” means the maintenance manual for the Works and Installations as mentioned in Clause 74 of Section X as may from time to time be amended or revised in accordance with the provisions of this Deed;

Related to Landscaped Works

  • Landscaped area means all the planting areas, turf areas, and water features in a landscape design plan subject to the Maximum Applied Water Allowance and Estimated Applied Water Use calculations. The landscaped area does not include footprints of buildings or structures, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, decks, patios, gravel or stone walks, other pervious or non-pervious hardscapes, and other non-irrigated areas designated for non-development (e.g., open spaces and existing native vegetation).

  • Landscape means an area, as perceived by people, whose character is the result of the action and interaction of natural and/or human factors;

  • Landscaping means the treatment of land (other than buildings) being the site or part of the site in respect of which this planning permission is granted, for the purpose of enhancing or protecting the amenities of the site and the area in which it is situated and includes screening by fences, walls or other means of enclosure; measures to screen the refuse provision; planting of trees, hedges, shrubs or grass; formation of banks, terraces or other earth works, laying out of gardens, paved areas or courts and other amenity features.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Sewage works means all facilities for collecting, pumping, treating, and disposing of sewage.

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Pavement means any type of improved surface that is within the public right-of-way and that is paved or otherwise constructed with bituminous, concrete, aggregate, or gravel.

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;

  • Interior means the spaces, parts, components or elements of an individual dwelling unit.

  • Driveway means a vehicle access route between the carriageway of a road and a use on a parcel;

  • Plumbing fixture means a receptacle or device that is permanently or temporarily connected to the water distribution system of the premises and demands a supply of water from the system; or discharges used water, waste materials, or sewage directly or indirectly to the drainage system of the premises.
