Launch Option definition

Launch Option means MSV’s option to procure Launch Services from Contractor, as further described in Article 2.2.2.

Launch Option means the right for CUSTOMER to order from ARIANESPACE up to FOUR (4) Optional Launches in accordance with this Agreement for the launch of additional GLOBALSTAR Satellites to be performed by ARIANESPACE in accordance therewith. Launch Period means a period of NINETY (90) consecutive calendar days.

Examples of Launch Option in a sentence

  • Committee proceedings, including frequency, length and agendas of meetings, shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of each committee’s charter.

  • The date of grant of each of the Standard Option and the Launch Option shall be the date on which the Employee commences employment with the Company.

  • The exercise price of each of the Standard Option and the Launch Option shall equal the last reported sales price of the Common Stock in the over-the-counter market (or such other market on which the Common Stock is then traded) on the date preceding the date of grant.

  • The cash consideration for exercising the Additional Launch Option is US$108 million (equivalent to approximately HK$842.4 million).

  • The Company will comply with the requisite requirements under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules if and when it exercises the Replacement Launch Option and/or the Additional Launch Option, and a further announcement or announcements will be made if required.

  • If more than one Launch Option is exercised and the Launch Periods requested for the Optional Launches enable back-to-back Launch Campaigns, such Optional Launches will be performed from the same Launch Site.


More Definitions of Launch Option

Launch Option included in Article 1 (“Definitions”) of the Agreement is deleted and replaced as follows:
Launch Option means the right for CUSTOMER to order from ARIANESPACE an Optional Launch in accordance with this Agreement for the launch of additional GLOBALSTAR Satellites to be performed by ARIANESPACE.”

Related to Launch Option

  • 3(i) Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is Non- Employee.

  • Reload Option means any Option granted under Section 6(a)(iv) of the Plan.

  • Top-Up Option has the meaning set forth in Section 1.04(a).

  • Shoe Option means the Initial Purchasers’ option to purchase up to seventy five million dollars ($75,000,000) aggregate principal amount of additional Notes as provided for in the Purchase Agreement.

  • Covered Call Option means an exchange traded option entitling the holder, upon timely exercise and payment of the exercise price, as specified therein, to purchase from the writer thereof the specified underlying Securities (excluding Futures Contracts) which are owned by the writer thereof and subject to appropriate restrictions.

  • Replacement Option has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.2(c).

  • Call Option means an exchange traded option with respect to Securities other than Stock Index Options, Futures Contracts, and Futures Contract Options entitling the holder, upon timely exercise and payment of the exercise price, as specified therein, to purchase from the writer thereof the specified underlying Securities.

  • Share Option means a Nonqualified Share Option or an Incentive Share Option.

  • Over-Allotment Option means the option of the Underwriters to purchase up to an additional 15 per cent of the firm units (as described in the Articles) issued in the IPO at a price equal to US$10 per unit, less underwriting discounts and commissions.

  • Extension Option shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(c) hereof.

  • Renewal Option has the meaning set forth in §12.1.

  • Termination Option means the option of either party to terminate a transaction in the event that the other party fails to perform a Firm obligation to deliver Gas in the case of Seller or to receive Gas in the case of Buyer for a designated number of days during a period as specified on the applicable Transaction Confirmation.

  • Option Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).

  • Director Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 6.

  • Stock Reload Option means any option granted under Section 6.3, below, as a result of the payment of the exercise price of a Stock Option and/or the withholding tax related thereto in the form of Stock owned by the Holder or the withholding of Stock by the Company.

  • Option 1 [X] Yes, but only with respect to a Contributing Participant's Elective Deferrals.

  • Option 3 [ ] A Participant satisfies the Plan's Early Retirement Age conditions by attaining age ________ (not less than 55) and completing ________ Years of Vesting Service.

  • Stock Index Option means an exchange traded option entitling the holder, upon timely exercise, to receive an amount of cash determined by reference to the difference between the exercise price and the value of the index on the date of exercise.

  • Option 2 Annual Actual O&M Expenses

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • Put Option means an exchange traded option with respect to Securities other than Stock Index Options, Futures Contracts, and Futures Contract Options entitling the holder, upon timely exercise and tender of the specified underlying Securities, to sell such Securities to the writer thereof for the exercise price.

  • Development Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.1.

  • Launch means the intentional ignition of the first-stage motor(s) of the Launch Vehicle intended to place or try to place a Launch Vehicle (which may or may not include any Transfer Vehicle, Payload or crew) from Earth:

  • Approved 102 Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 102(b) of the Ordinance and held in trust by a Trustee for the benefit of the Optionee.

  • Vested Option means any Option, which has already been vested according to the Vesting Dates.

  • Development Milestone is defined in Section 5.3.
