Lead Client definition

Lead Client means the individual who completes the Booking, i.e., the name on the Booking documentation and used in the Booking process and collected by The Introducer or Us as theperson creating the Booking. We reserve the right to include any other Client as an additional or alternative Lead Client in addition to or instead of the initial Lead Client at our sole discretion;

All communications, including notices, in relation to the Framework Agreement, are to be addressed to the Responsible Agency. “Secondary Procurement” is the method used to select a Consultant and award a Call-off Contract under this Framework Agreement. “Services” means the consulting services to be provided by the Consultant pursuant to a Call-Off Contract awarded pursuant to the Framework Agreement. “Single-User Framework Agreement” means a Framework Agreement where there is only one Client, as stipulated in FAP 2.2. “Sub-consultants” means an entity to whom/which the Consultant subcontracts any part of the Services while remaining solely liable for the execution of the Framework Agreement and Call-off Contract. “Term” means the duration of this Framework Agreement as described in the FAP2.5 starting on the Commencement Date. Where applicable, it includes any extension(s) to the initial Term, if permitted in the FAP 2.6.
