Section 17.9. 27 Employees required to remain overnight on District business shall be reimbursed for room and board 28 expenditures.
Section 17.9. 25 All employees shall receive a one-time lump sum payment of five hundred dollars ($500.00) at the end 26 of ten (10) years of service, one thousand dollars ($1,000), at the end of fifteen (15) years of service, 27 and all employees shall receive a one-time lump sum payment of fifteen hundred ($1,500) dollars at 28 the end of twenty (20) years of service with the District. Twenty-five (25) years of service at one 29 thousand, five hundred dollars ($1,500) and thirty (30) years of service at one thousand, eight dollars 30 ($1,800).
Section 17.9. 21 Salary increases shall be applied to Schedule A on September 1st of each year as follows: 23 For 2020-2021, see attached amended Schedule A. 25 For 2021-2022, Probation, Step 1, 2, 3 and 4 wage rates shall increase by an additional one and a half 26 (1.5%) percent or the State flow through/IPD whichever is higher. 28 For 2022-2023, Probation, Step 1, 2, 3 and 4 wage rates shall increase by an additional two (2%) 29 percent or the State flow through/IPD whichever is higher. 33 A R T I C L E X V I I I 34 35 TERM AND SEPARABILITY OF PROVISIONS 36
Section 17.9. 24 Employees shall be provided required physical examinations, if not otherwise provided by the District, 25 at no cost to the employee. 27 Section 17.10. 28 Payroll will be divided in twelve equal payments. 29 30 All payroll adjustments will be made in the following months payroll. The District will implement 31 electronic checking deposits. 32 33 Any unusual payroll circumstances will be dealt with individually. 34 35 36 37 ARTICLE XVIII 38 39 TERM AND SEPARABILITY OF PROVISIONS 40 41 Section 18.1. 42 The term of this agreement shall be September 1, 2021 to August 31, 2024.
Section 17.9. 12 All paraeducators shall be scheduled and compensated for one planning day per year which shall be 13 scheduled previous to the first day of instruction each year. This day may be included as one of the 14 normal one hundred eighty (180) instructional days; the District may elect to reduce scheduled hours 15 during times when students are not at school up to the number of hours scheduled for this planning day.
Section 17.9. 13 Employees who work camping activities shall receive the highest District rate (currently $125.00) 14 prorated on the basis of the time the employee works on the activity.
Section 17.9. 2 A DOT medical examination required as a condition of employment shall be paid in full by the District 3 one time per year; provided, however, that the District will designate a specific physician and/or clinic.
Section 17.9. 24 The School District shall pay for each District-identified employee’s required x-ray, physical 25 examinations, blood borne pathogen tests and immunizations, and permit required for continued 26 employment with the District; provided that the procedure for taking such examinations and securing 27 such permits is pursuant to the requirements of the District.
Section 17.9. 00 Xxx Xxxxxxxx xxx Xxxxx agree to form a joint committee, three (3) members from the Union and three 13 (3) members from the District, to identify a system for compensating staff for completing 14 training/continuing education opportunities applicable to District employment. The committee should 15 convene by May 1, 2018 and shall have the system created and ready for implementation by October 1, 16 2018. 18 Staff hired prior to February 1, 2018 shall be grandfathered and may continue to receive existing 19 stipends for possessing a recognized apprenticeship, Associate of Arts Degree, and/or Bachelor of Arts
Section 17.9. 12 Employees will receive their regular rate of pay for Field Trips during the workday. If the trip exceeds 13 the employee’s contracted time, the employee will be paid their hourly rate up to a total of eight (8) 14 hours. Employees that exceed forty (40) hours will be compensated at time and a half. 16 Section 17.10. 17 Employees working in the Maintenance and Custodial classification shall receive up to one hundred 18 dollars ($100.00) every school year for work related boots. Work boots must meet OSHA standards.
