Licensed Purpose definition

Licensed Purpose means the purpose of use permitted for a particular Licensed Server, either Production Purposes, Non- Production Purposes, or Backup Purposes, in each case as specified in an applicable Order Form.
Licensed Purpose means the development and operation of wide area information processing networks for interactive multi- player games incorporating the Licensed Technology. Subject to negotiation of mutually acceptable royalty schedules, interactive multi-user applications for "edutainment" purposes shall also be included in the Licensed Purpose. The Licensed Purpose shall likewise include any additional fields of use which are agreed to by the parties pursuant to Article 5.5.
Licensed Purpose means the limited purpose which Ordering Activity is authorized to use the Software for within Ordering Activity’s business as set out in the relevant agreed Order for Software (if applicable);

  • Neither Party will unreasonably withhold its consent to any request made by the other Party pursuant to this Section 2.7.1. The Parties agree that the exchanged Jounce Licensed Materials shall be used in compliance with applicable Law and the terms and conditions of this PD-1 License Agreement, and shall not be reverse engineered or chemically analysed, except if required by the Jounce Program Licensed Purpose or otherwise agreed to by the Parties in writing.


More Definitions of Licensed Purpose

Licensed Purpose means the actual use and/or redistribution of the Data as described in the Subscription Form.
