End User Access Sample Clauses

End User Access. You are responsible for End Usersuse of Your Data and the Software Products. You will ensure that all End Users comply with your obligations under this Agreement.
End User Access. Each End User will use a unique End User name and password to access the Services. End Users may only access the Services during one (1) concurrent login session. The unique End User names and passwords cannot be shared or used by more than one individual End User to access the Services. Customer agrees to provide to SingleStore information and other assistance as necessary to enable SingleStore to establish End Users’ access to the Services and will verify all End User requests for access to the Services. Customer is solely responsible for all activities that occur under End User accounts.
End User Access. Customer will be deemed to have taken any action that it permits, assists, or facilitates any person or entity to take related to this Agreement or use of the Subscription Service. Customer is responsible for End Users’ use of the Subscription Service to include activity and usage, and adherence to CSP terms and conditions by their End User. Customer will ensure that all End Users comply with its obligations under this Agreement and that the terms of Customer’s agreement with each End User are consistent with this Agreement. If Customer becomes aware of any violation of its obligations under this Agreement caused by an End User, Customer will immediately request the suspension of access to the Subscription Service by such End User.
End User Access. AT&T may, in its sole discretion, immediately terminate a particular End User’s access to and use of the AT&T Services (i) if such End User violates any provision of AT&T’s Standard Terms of Service; or (ii) if the equipment used by the End User or the End User’s use of the AT&T Services interferes with AT&T's provision of services to another end user. Should any device or any facility used by an End User not comply with the technical specifications established by the FCC, including, but not limited to, signal leakage, AT&T reserves the right to discontinue AT&T Services or the End User’s access to, and use of, AT&T Services, as necessary until such non- conformance is cured by the Association or End User as the case may be. In addition, notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, AT&T reserves the right to (1) refuse to activate any Other Service or require a non- refundable fee or refundable deposit for any Other Service from an End User if such End User fails to meet AT&T’s credit requirements or (2) suspend or terminate the Other Services if an End User fails or has failed to pay AT&T for any Other Service.
End User Access. Company has the right at any time to terminate access to any End User if Company reasonably believes that such termination is necessary to preserve the security, integrity, or accessibility of the Software or Company’s network.

End User Access. Licensee shall establish reasonable procedures by which its End Users of the Skyward Products may view Personal Data, make requests related to corrections of Personal Data, and transfer Personal Data. In the event Host receives any requests from Licensee’s End Users to view any Personal Data, make any corrections to Personal Data, or transfer Personal Data, Host will refer such End User requests to Licensee.
End User Access. By allowing Your End Users to access and use the Google Play Store, You agree to the Google Play Terms of Service on their behalf.

  • User Access Transfer Agent shall have a process to promptly disable access to Fund Data by any Transfer Agent personnel who no longer requires such access. Transfer Agent will also promptly remove access of Fund personnel upon receipt of notification from Fund.

  • ICANN Access Registry Operator shall provide bulk access to the zone files for the TLD to ICANN or its designee on a continuous basis in the manner ICANN may reasonably specify from time to time. Access will be provided at least daily. Zone files will include SRS data committed as close as possible to 00:00:00 UTC.

  • Data Access Access to Contract and State Data The Contractor shall provide to the Client Agency access to any data, as defined in Conn. Gen Stat. Sec. 4e-1, concerning the Contract and the Client Agency that are in the possession or control of the Contractor upon demand and shall provide the data to the Client Agency in a format prescribed by the Client Agency and the State Auditors of Public Accounts at no additional cost.

  • Network Access During its performance of this Contract, Contractor may be granted access to Purchaser’s computer and telecommunication networks (“Networks”). As a condition of Network use, Contractor shall: (a) use the Networks in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations; (b) use software, protocols, and procedures as directed by Purchaser to access and use the Networks; (c) only access Network locations made available to Contractor by Purchaser; (d) not interfere with or disrupt other users of the Networks;

  • Internet Access Hotels and Airports Employees who travel may need to access their e-mail at night. Many hotels provide free high speed internet access and Tyler employees are encouraged to use such hotels whenever possible. If an employee’s hotel charges for internet access it is reimbursable up to $10.00 per day. Charges for internet access at airports are not reimbursable.

  • System Access CUSTOMER agrees to provide to PROVIDER, at CUSTOMER’S expense, necessary access to the mainframe computer and related information technology systems (the “System”) on which CUSTOMER data is processed during the times (the “Service Hours”) specified in the PSAs, subject to reasonable downtime for utility outages, maintenance, performance difficulties and the like. In the event of a change in the Service Hours, CUSTOMER will provide PROVIDER with at least fifteen (15) calendar days written notice of such change.

  • Data Access Services State Street agrees to make available to the Fund the Data Access Services subject to the terms and conditions of this Addendum and such data access operating standards and procedures as may be issued by State Street from time to time. The Fund shall be able to access the System to (i) originate electronic instructions to State Street in order to (a) effect the transfer or movement of cash or securities held under custody by State Street or (b) transmit accounting or other information (the transactions described in (i)(a) and (i)(b) above are referred to herein as “Client Originated Electronic Financial Instructions”), and (ii) access data for the purpose of reporting and analysis, which shall all be deemed to be Data Access Services for purposes of this Addendum.

  • The Web Services E-Verify Employer Agent agrees to, consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, commit sufficient personnel and resources to meet the requirements of this MOU.

  • EU Access SAP will use only European Subprocessors to provide support requiring access to Personal Data in the Cloud Service and SAP shall not export Personal Data outside of the EEA or Switzerland unless expressly authorized by Customer in writing (e-mail permitted) on a case by case basis; or as excluded under Section 9.4.

  • Network Services Local Access Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 for TDM-based DS-3 Network Services Local Access Services at 2 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.
