Safety and Environmental. The Contractor, his employees, and his subcontractors are subject to, and shall abide by and comply with, all relevant statutes, ordinances, laws and regulations of the United States (including Executive Orders of the President) and any State (or other public authority now or hereafter in force). The Contractor agrees to observe and comply with all applicable state and federal requirements regarding social security, xxxxxxx’x compensation, unemployment insurance and any other matters concerning employment applicable to the performance of this contract or rules, regulations, directions and order not inconsistent herewith as may from time to time be issued by the Government. The unilateral act of any Governmental body against any employee of the Contractor for the violation of a state or federal law or regulation shall not excuse the Contractor from full compliance with the terms and conditions of this contract.
7.13.1. The contractor shall comply with all applicable Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHA) Standards, technical orders, regulations, and referenced publications. The contractor shall comply with the highest degree of safety protection where any disagreements exist.
7.13.2. Accident prevention and safety practices on contractual work under the jurisdiction of the Contracting Officer are the responsibilities of the contractor concerned. The Contractor shall brief all employees on proper safety and accident reporting. The Contractor shall provide all occupational health services to his employees. Contractor employees shall be instructed to notify the Contractor’s contract manager of potential or existing occupational health hazards that require attention.
Safety and Environmental. In carrying out its responsibilities under this Agreement, AMRI agrees to ensure that the Services are conducted in compliance with any applicable SUNESIS protocols, provided that such protocols are specifically agreed to in writing by AMRI, and/or specifications of which AMRI is reasonably advised in a timely manner and in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including, but not limited to the U.S. Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and the regulations promulgated pursuant thereto and all relevant U.S. environmental regulations.
Safety and Environmental. 10.1 The Supplier warrants that in the design, manufacture, supply or installation of the Products and/or performance of the Services and the provision of information relating thereto, it will comply and will facilitate IMI Precision Engineering's compliance with the duties imposed by any applicable environmental and health and safety laws and with all other relevant statutory provisions rules and regulations so far as they are applicable to the Products and/or Services and that the Products will be supplied with all safety guards, devices, product data sheets, details of any appropriate risk assessment, and markings sufficient to comply with all applicable legal requirements.
10.2 The Supplier warrants that all Products supplied to IMI Precision Engineering together with all necessary instructions information and warnings supplied therewith will be designed, manufactured and produced in such a manner as to ensure that the Products are not defective (in IMI Precision Engineering's sole opinion).
10.3 In the event that the Supplier becomes aware at any time of any incidents events or discoveries which are in any way relevant to the safe operation of Products supplied or to be supplied, the Supplier shall forthwith issue notice in writing thereof to IMI Precision Engineering and in any event within two days of becoming so aware.

Safety and Environmental. 15.1 In performing services hereunder, BOEHRINGER shall:
a. not utilize INTERNEURON's SPECIFICATIONS and other technical information to manufacture and/or package PRODUCT until a safe procedure of operation has been established and mutually agreed upon;
b. permit INTERNEURON or its designated representative to inspect BOEHRINGER's facilities as provided in Paragraph 13.1 where PRODUCT is manufactured, packaged, labeled, tested or stored to evaluate BOEHRINGER's work practices; review BOEHRINGER's compliance with applicable safety, health, and environmental regulations and good manufacturing practices and procedures; and evaluate BOEHRINGER's capability for responding effectively to any spills or releases of hazardous materials utilized or produced by BOEHRINGER in the manufacture or PRODUCT; INTERNEURON will provide a copy of any such evaluations to BOEHRINGER;
c. except as otherwise provided for herein, report to INTERNEURON, as soon as possible, all environmental accidents related to the manufacture and/or packaging of the PRODUCT which:
(1) result in personal injuries requiring more than first aid treatment or (2) result in illness and/or loss of consciousness; or (3) result in property damage; or (4) result in environmental damage; or (5) any other accident which potentially could result in serious consequences.
d. prior to commencement of manufacture and/or packaging of PRODUCT using INTERNEURON's SPECIFICATIONS and other technical information, and at least once during each contract year, BOEHRINGER will permit INTERNEURON or its designated representative to review BOEHRINGER's licenses and permits relating to the facilities and operations utilized by BOEHRINGER in the manufacture and/or packaging of PRODUCT. Such review shall be conducted during ordinary business hours, on mutually agreeable dates; and
e. identify to INTERNEURON all haulers and disposal sites utilized for disposal of waste material generated by BOEHRINGER in connection with the manufacture and/or packaging of PRODUCT and BOEHRINGER will permit, or cause those with whom BOEHRINGER contracts for the disposal of waste to permit, INTERNEURON or its designated representative to visit all disposal sites for hazardous waste as defined in 40 XXX 000, generated in connection with the manufacture and/or packaging of PRODUCT.

Corning SMF-28 fiber is manufactured to the most demanding specifications in the industry. SMF-28 fiber is optimized for use in the 1310 nm wavelength region. The information-carrying capacity of the fiber is at its highest in this transmission window, and it is also where dispersion is the lowest. SMF-28 fiber can also be effectively used in the 1550 nm wavelength region. Corning's enhanced, dual layer acrylate CPC6 coating provides excellent fiber protection and is easy to work with. CPC6 can be mechanically stripped and has an outside diameter of 245 _m. CPC6 is optimized for use in many single and multi-fiber cable designs including loose tube, ribbon, slotted core, and tight buffer cables.

Also included is compliance with all relevant environmental regulations in force at the U.S. federal, state, and local levels.
Safety and Environmental. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to furnish safety devices and safeguards to its employees and any other workers under its direct supervision. Furthermore, the Contractor shall adopt and use safe practices, methods, operations and processes while performing the Services under this contract. The Contractor is liable for all fines, including any from the State of Oregon, and including fines and costs incurred by the Port due to labor and industry violations directly attributable to the Contractor.
Safety and Environmental. Supplier, it’s employees and/or subcontractors are required to follow applicable local government safety and environmental regulations during construction, maintenance or services provided at Trelleborg’s site/s.
