Service Speed. Customer acknowledges that bandwidth is shared and that experienced bandwidth and service speed can vary depending on a number of factors including location, line of site, Internet traffic, Customer hardware, and other backhaul factors beyond the control of Provider. Customer acknowledges that Provider does not guarantee a specific bandwidth and connection speed during normal operation.

Service Speed. 12.1 The service speed is dependent on numerous factors, including the length, gauge and quality of the local wire that connects your premises to the exchange. As we have no control over these external factors, we do not guarantee to customers that you will be able to obtain the maximum theoretical speed.
Service Speed. 8.1 Fioptics Services come in a variety of speeds. The availability of some service speeds may depend on the location of facilities in your neighborhood and on your street. Not all service speeds are available in all areas.

  • Voice Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed per-minute rates ranging from $0.0250 to $0.0325 for the following Voice Services: Domestic Voice Service: Domestic Outbound Voice Service, including Calling Card and Domestic Inbound Voice Service based on origination and termination type. Data: Access In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $200.00 to $300.00 for DS1 Access Service 8 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company. Discounts:

  • Cloud Services You will not intentionally (a) interfere with other customers’ access to, or use of, the Cloud Service, or with its security; (b) facilitate the attack or disruption of the Cloud Service, including a denial of service attack, unauthorized access, penetration testing, crawling, or distribution of malware (including viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spyware, adware, and cancelbots); (c) cause an unusual spike or increase in Your use of the Cloud Service that negatively impacts the Cloud Service’s operation; or (d) submit any information that is not contemplated in the applicable Documentation.

  • Managed Services HP will provide the services as described in a Statement of Work (“SOW”) attached to this Agreement or incorporating it by reference. Each party will appoint a single point of contact as set forth in the SOW who will serve as their primary representative, have overall responsibility for managing performance, and meet with the other party’s representative to review progress. Change requests are governed by the change management procedures as set forth in the SOW.
