Software Update. Provides minor enhancements or improvements to performance, maintainability and serviceability.
Software Update. Any enhancement to the current version of the Supported Software that Nagios Enterprises generally releases or generally makes available at no additional cost to Nagios Enterprises' other customers subscribing to the same Support Plan Level. A Software Update is any new version of the Supported Software denoted by a change in the version number (e.g. 3.0.6 to 3.0.7). Customer is responsible for acquiring, at their own cost, any updated or additional hardware, network resources, and software necessary to implement or use any Software Update.

End User is strictly prohibited from attempting to derive the source code, reverse engineering, decompiling, decrypting, disassembling and/or creating any derivative software of the Licensed Software, and any Update, if applicable. In the event the foregoing restriction is in violation of applicable law, End User forever waives any and all rights to attempt to derive the source code, reverse engineer, decrypt, decompile, disassemble and/or create any derivative software of the Licensed Software and any Update. End User shall not copy and/or reproduce, in whole or in part, in any manner the Licensed Software, any Update, the Related Documents and/or the Documentation. Without the prior written approval of TZ, End User shall not extend the use and/or the benefit of the Licensed Software and Update thereto to any person and/or entity other than End User via, without limitation, a timesharing, network, service bureau and/or any other arrangement on a temporary and/or permanent basis. End User shall not remove any

Software Update. 5.1. The Company informs the Licensee about available Software Updates via the Remotly Community and through the Software. Information about new versions of the Software, including correction patches, new features and major Updates, will be posted in the Remotly Community.
5.2. In the upper right corner of the Software Interface there will be an icon informing about the available Update (“Update” icon).
5.3. The Licensee is obliged to regularly check the availability of Updates by clicking on the icon and to learn about available patches and new versions of the Software.
5.4. The Licensee has the option to use an earlier version of the Software if the Licensee chooses not to update the Software to the latest version. Use of older versions of the Software may result in reduced performance, increased security risks and lack of access to new features or patches.
5.5. The Company is not responsible for any problems that may arise from the use of an out-of-date version of the Software, including any problems with security, performance or functionality of the Software.
5.6. The Licensee is responsible for the consequences of using a version of the Software that is not updated, including any potential problems resulting from use of an outdated version of the Software.
5.7. The Company reserves the right to discontinue Technical Support for older versions of the Software as new versions are developed and to introduce changes to the scope of Technical Support.
5.8. In the event of problems with the installation of Updates or other difficulties related to the new version of the Software, the Licensee should report these problems on the Remotly Community web page or via the contact form available on the Website.
Software Update. 12.1. Software used by the User within the Service may automatically download and install updates provided by Deus LLC. Such updates are designed to improve or develop the Service and may be provided in the form of bug fixes, enhanced functions, new software modules and completely new versions. The User agrees to receive and allows Deus LLC to provide such updates in the course of the Service use.
