Master Disk definition

Master Disk means, (i) for each version of Licensor Software, a disk containing an Object Code copy of such version from which other high quality copies can be reproduced and identified by Licensor as the manufacturing master copy of such version; and (ii) for each version of the Documentation and Training Materials, a disk containing all of the files required to reproduce and print exact copies of the Documentation or Training Materials.
Master Disk means the CD-ROM manufactured by the Licensor which includes the Licensed Software.
Master Disk means the standard microcomputer diskettes, CDs, or other media containing the object code version of the MicroStrategy Product.

  • Media Portable warrants that the Master Disk provided by Portable will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery of the Master Disk to Customer.

More Definitions of Master Disk

Master Disk means a master disk image of the Software as made available to Licensee by electronic download at http://builder.lindows.com or any successor website thereto.
