Maximum Export Capacity definition

Maximum Export Capacity means, in respect of a Connection Point (or the Connection Points collectively), the maximum amount of electricity (expressed in kW or kVA) which is permitted by the Company to flow into the Distribution System through the Connection Point (or the Connection Points collectively);
Maximum Export Capacity means: (a) in respect of Section 2A and any Entry Point, the maximum amount of electricity, as agreed with the Company and expressed in kilowatts or kilovoltamperes, which may be exported onto the Distribution System via that Entry Point; and (b) in respect of Section 2B and any Bilateral Connection Agreement, the maximum amount of electricity, as set out in that Bilateral Connection Agreement and expressed in kilowatts or kilovoltamperes, which may be exported onto the Company’s Distribution System via the Connection Point or defined group of Connection Points to which that Bilateral Connection Agreement relates.
Maximum Export Capacity means the maximum permissible amount of electricity to be exported onto the Transmission System at the Connection Point expressed in MW as set out in the Connection Agreement or means the maximum permissible amount of electricity to be exported from the Distribution System at a Network Connection Point expressed in MW as set out in the Distribution Connection Agreement. Where such values require conversion from MVA or kVA to MW as appropriate a factor of 0.95 kW/kVA shall be used;

Examples of Maximum Export Capacity in a sentence

  • Aggregated Maximum Export Capacity In the case of a Generator Aggregator, theaggregated value (in MW, MVA, kW and/or kVA) provided in each Connection Agreement (or connection agreement to the Distribution System, as the case may be) for the Generating Units for which the Generator Aggregator is responsible.

  • Where the Customer is unsure of the Maximum Import Capacity and/or the Maximum Export Capacity, it shall contact the Company (and the Company will inform the Customer of the applicable capacities).

  • Where the Maximum Export Capacity is 5 (five) MW or less then the Generation Network Location-Based Capacity Charge Rate will be "0" (zero).

  • The amount of the bond is specified in the Quotation Letter and is based on the Maximum Export Capacity in Schedule 1 of this agreement and subject to the provisions of Clause 8.0 of the General Conditions.

Maximum Export Capacity or “MEC” means, in relation to a Facility, the maximum alternating currency capacity (in MW) that can be injected by the Facility into the Grid at the Point of Connection as authorised by the EEC, and as to be specified in the Grid Connection Agreement;
