Merchant Dashboard means the dual feature in the TNG eWallet which allows
Merchant Dashboard means the dual feature in the TNG eWallet which allows merchants to track sale transactions and history records and to further allow selected staff to access such information;
Merchant Dashboard means a dedicated dashboard set up on the Service Provider’s website for the Merchant, to which the Service Provider has provided access to the Merchant in accordance with the provisions of these Service Conditions.

More Definitions of Merchant Dashboard

Merchant Dashboard means the online portal made available by Rvvup to the Merchant through which the Merchant can access information and reporting about the Services, as further described in the User Guides.
Merchant Dashboard means the user interface provided by Tagit for use by Platform in connection with the Services. 1.5. “Platform” has the meaning stated in the first paragraph of this Agreement. 1.6. “Platform Content” means any information, data, texts, files, images and other materials that are provided by Platform or to which Platform grants Tagit access in connection with the Services, including information about Customers and historical order and shipping data, but does not include information, data, text, files, images and other materials collected, provided, generated or used by or on behalf of Tagit solely for the purpose of offering or administering a Tagit Product and data collected from the administration of a Tagit Product. Platform Content also does not include information that (a) is or becomes generally available to the public, other than as a result of disclosure by Tagit in violation of this Agreement; (b) becomes available to Tagit from a source other than Platform or Platform’s contractors, provided that such source, so far as Tagit is aware, does not have a contractual, legal or fiduciary obligation of confidentiality to Platform or any other person with respect to such information; or (c) has been independently developed by Tagit or its contractors without reference to any Platform Content. 1.7. “Platform Website” means Platform’s e-commerce website(s) accepted for participation in the Services by Tagit. 1.8. “Tagit” has the meaning stated in the first paragraph of this Agreement. 1.9. “Tagit API” means Tagit’s proprietary application programming interface (including 3rd party software plugins and applications) as well as any related materials, including installation tools, sample code, source code, software libraries, keys and Documentation provided by Tagit to Platform under this Agreement. 1.10. “Tagit Product” means any of Tagit’s proprietary products identified in this Agreement. 1.11. “Tagit Product Fees” means the fees charged to Customers to purchase a Tagit Product as set forth in this Agreement. 1.12. “Tagit Properties” has the meaning stated in Section 2.1. 1.13. “Services” has the meaning stated in the first paragraph of this Agreement. 1.14. “Third Party Service” has the meaning stated in Section 12.1. ‍‍2.

Related to Merchant Dashboard

  • Merchant means any corporate entity, person or other establishment, supplying goods and/or services, which a Card Scheme Member Bank has approved and made arrangements to accept the Card or the Card numbers as a mode of payment or reservation by the Cardholder.
