Platform Content definition

Platform Content means Content created or owned by Customer and then posted to, or otherwise made available on, the Service. It would include, but is not limited to, any open-source code of the User that User may elect to use in conjunction with the Service or any output of any User program using a Runtime built on the platform as part of the Service.
Platform Content has the meaning given to it in Section 5.2.
Platform Content means all Content made available through the Site or Services, including any Content licensed from a third party, but excluding Expert Content.

  • Although Upwork is not responsible for Subscriber’s Platform Content, it is permitted to monitor Platform Content and reserves the right to delete any Platform Content (in whole or in part) that Upwork determines in its reasonable discretion violates this provision or any other part of this Agreement or which is inappropriate.

  • The Platform, Content, and Services are intended for use by individuals 13 years of age and older.

  • If Subscriber requests Program Management Services from Upwork, then Subscriber authorizes Upwork personnel to access Subscriber’s Upwork enterprise account and take actions on the Platform on behalf of Subscriber as directed by Subscriber, including without limitation, posting projects, creating Platform Content, preparing and offering contracts on the Platform to Freelancers, releasing payments, and closing such contracts upon completion of the work.

  • Subscriber is solely responsible for all Platform Content submitted, uploaded, or otherwise posted by it to the Platform, included with respect to harm to third parties caused thereby.

  • Except as set forth in this Agreement, you are granted no licenses or rights in or to any Platform Content, or any IPR (as defined below) therein or related thereto.


More Definitions of Platform Content

Platform Content means any content, text, images, video, audio, and other materials or information that Subscriber submits, posts, displays, or otherwise makes available on or through the Platform, including material submitted to Upwork or its representatives outside of the Platform for the purposes of being submitted, posted, displayed, or otherwise made available on the Platform. The term “Platform Content” excludes Freelancer Work Product. For avoidance of doubt, “Platform Content” does not include Subscriber’s Confidential Information.
Platform Content means the content, other than Security Profile Data, Company provides and makes available in Cyber JumpStart Portal.
Platform Content means any Content (excluding Customer Content) appearing on or in, or otherwise provided or made available via, the Platform (such as insights).
Platform Content means all related training modules, answers, scripts, virtual libraries, user guides, exams educational materials, and any other related documentation or material (including reports) supplied, created or developed by or on behalf of QA in conjunction with the Platform and any information and materials (including works of authorship, files, processes, systems, ideas, know-how, concepts, methodologies, flowcharts, manuals, data, databases, digital content, database structures, content, descriptions, documents, notes, records, results, reports, text, research, lists, diagrams, artwork, designs, sketches, models, photographs, drawings, plans, specifications, images, logos, styles and graphics (in whatever form and on whatever media)) provided by QA from time to time via the Platform;
Platform Content means all Content on the Platform which is not Subscriber Content.
Platform Content means all text, pictures, sound, graphics, video, data and other material created by Company without the assistance of Developer or its Representatives (as defined below) and without reliance on the Confidential Information of Developer incorporated into the Platform, including but not limited to, data or information posted to blogs, forums or discussion boards and audio/video submissions, but excluding all text, pictures, sound, graphics, video, data and other material provided in or through the Smart Online Applications or any third party applications.
Platform Content. All content created by FuerteVibes, including design, software, and branding, is the property of FuerteVibes and is protected by intellectual property laws.
