Mobilisation Plan definition

Mobilisation Plan means the plan at schedule 5 (Mobilisation and Demobilisation Plans);
Mobilisation Plan means the plan provided by the Contractor and approved by the Authority as set out in Schedule 9 detailing the Contractor’s approach to the preparatory works required to be carried out by the Contractor during the Mobilisation Period to enable the Contractor to commence the Services in full on the Services Commencement Date, which will include as a minimum:

  • Prior to the Commencement Date the Supplier will, in association with the Principal and the current suppliers of the Services, prepare and submit a plan detailing how the Supplier will implement the orderly handover of responsibilities, information and processes from the Principal’s currents suppliers ( Mobilisation Plan).

  • Once the parties agree the Mobilisation Plan it shall be incorporated into the Agreement.

  • The Supplier shall perform its obligations under this Agreement in accordance with the Mobilisation Plan.

More Definitions of Mobilisation Plan

Mobilisation Plan means the document of that name to be prepared, amended and updated in accordance with clause 8.2.
Mobilisation Plan mean the Controlled Document with this title set out in Schedule 4 (Mobilisation Plan, Transition Plan and Transformation Plan);
