Mobilization Fee definition

Mobilization Fee means the amount charged by a licensee or authority holder from its foreign employer-principal/partner to cover costs of recruitment, processing and documentation of its recruits for overseas employment.
Mobilization Fee has the meaning given in Appendix A, Section 1.1(a).
Mobilization Fee has the meaning set forth in Article 4.

  • Except for the Mobilization Fee invoice, Owner shall pay all undisputed invoice amounts within thirty (30) days after receipt of a complete and proper final invoice.

  • To the extent that the Mobilization Fee exceeds the Compensation owed for the first month, EPCM’s second month invoice shall reflect the amount of the difference as a credit owed to Owner on the second month invoice.

  • If the Compensation owed for the first month exceeds the amount of the Mobilization Fee, EPCM shall include the amount of the difference in the second month invoice as an additional charge to Owner.

  • When submitting its second month invoice under this Agreement, EPCM shall provide a true-up comparison of the Mobilization Fee against the Compensation owed to EPCM for the first month of the Services.

More Definitions of Mobilization Fee

Mobilization Fee means the costs and expenses directly and indirectly incurred for transportation and preparation of the Crew to the Area of Operation, and all work of the Contractor so that the Work can be commenced to Company satisfaction.
Mobilization Fee means one time charge for responding to abandoned containers on an emergency response with equipment and personnel, costs rounded to whole dollar amounts. Mobilization fee includes all costs to handle the incident, include admin, response, equipment.
