Mutual Fund Trust definition

Mutual Fund Trust means the Defendant Summerside Development Trust;
Mutual Fund Trust has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Tax Act.
Mutual Fund Trust and "Trustees of Mutual Fund Trust" refer, respectively, to the trust created and the Trustees, as trustees but not individually or personally, acting from time to time under the Declaration of Trust, to which reference is hereby made and a copy of which is on file at the office of the Secretary of State of the State of Massachusetts, such reference being inclusive of any and all amendments thereto so filed or hereafter filed.
