Net Fees definition

Net Fees means the Tuition Fees actually received by the Program Administrator less any applicable taxes, duties, discounts, refunds or credits, provided that any discounts or credits are in accordance with the Program Administrator's standard policies.
Net Fees shall be defined to mean the gross revenues received by Multex for the Research, less any discounts, allowances, adjustments, distribution of pass through fees, taxes or other charges paid or incurred by Multex in connection with the sale of the Research.
Net Fees means the gross revenues received by Multex for Embargoed Research, less any discounts, allowances, adjustments, distribution or pass through fees, taxes or other charges paid or incurred by Multex in connection with the Embargoed Research Multex may not distribute the Embargoed Research by credit card purchase on the MultexNET web site.

More Definitions of Net Fees

Net Fees for a particular month shall mean the aggregate fees payable under the Service Agreements, excluding any out-of-pocket expenses or miscellaneous service fees, such as ad hoc reports) with respect to such month's services.
