Net Metering Arrangement definition

Net Metering Arrangement means an arrangement under which a Renewable Energy Generating System with Net Meter installed at an Eligible Consumer’s premises, delivers surplus electricity, if any, to the Distribution Licensee after setting off the quantum of electricity supplied by such Licensee during the applicable Billing Period;
Net Metering Arrangement means an arrangement under which a Roof-top Solar PV System with Net Meter installed at an Eligible Consumer’s premises delivers surplus electricity, if any, to the Distribution Licensee after setting off the quantum of electricity supplied by such Licensee during the applicable Billing Period.
Net Metering Arrangement means an arrangement under which RE System installed at Net Metered Consumer’s Premises delivers surplus electricity, if any, to the Distribution Licensee after off-setting the electricity supplied by the Distribution Licensee during the applicable Billing Period, under the MPERC (Grid Connected Net Metering) Regulations, 2015 and subsequent amendments thereof;
