Network Services Supplier definition

Network Services Supplier means any third party supplier to us of certain services in the connection with the provision of the Services;
Network Services Supplier means us. "Company" shall mean you. "User" shall mean the non-employee end user, and "Network" shall mean the dial-up network operated and maintained by us; and "Services" shall mean the DiaLinx Service: No Right of Resale. Warranty and Liability Limitations. COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES ---------------------------------- WILL BE AVAILABLE ON A SPECIFIED DATE OR TIME OR THAT THE NETWORK WILL HAVE THE CAPACITY TO MEET THE DEMAND OF END USERS DURING SPECIFIC HOURS. Network Services Supplier means BBN Planet Corporation. Except as otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms shall have the meeting ascribed in the attached Agreement. NO RIGHT OF RESALE End Users may not resell or redistribute any BBN Services. CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY End User acknowledges and agrees that neither Customer nor its Network Services Supplier is responsible for the content of the transmissions by End User which may pass through the Network. End User agrees that it will take reasonable steps to ensure that it will NOT use the BBN Planet Services for illegal purposes, for transmission of threatening, obscene, or harassing materials, or to interfere with or disrupt Network End Users, services or equipment. Disruptions include, but are not limited to, distribution of chain letters, propagation of computer worms and viruses, and using the Network to make unauthorized entry to any other machine accessible via the Network. Violation of the foregoing by Customer or its End Users may result in termination of Network access rights to the offending party or parties.
