Sends repeated messages related to another user and/or makes derogatory or offensive comments about another individual or repeats prior posting of the same message under multiple emails or subjects. Any submitted content that includes, but is not limited to the following, will be refused. If repeated violations occur, we reserve the right to cancel user access to the website without advanced notice.

Warranty and Liability Limitations. THE NETWORK SERVICES SUPPLIER AND COMPANY DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE AVAILABLE ON A SPECIFIED DATE OR TIME OR THAT THE DIAL NETWORK WILL HAVE THE CAPACITY TO MEET THE DEMAND OF USERS DURING SPECIFIC HOURS. DIAL USERS MAY BE UNABLE TO ACCESS THE NETWORK AT ANY TIME, AND DISCONNECTION FROM THE DIAL NETWORK MAY OCCUR FROM TIME TO TIME. NEITHER COMPANY NOR ITS NETWORK SERVICES SUPPLIER WILL BE LIABLE FOR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO COMPANY'S OR USER'S TRANSMISSION FACILITIES OR PREMISE EQUIPMENT OR FOR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OF USER'S DATA FILES, PROGRAMS, PROCEDURES OR INFORMATION THROUGH ACCIDENT, FRAUDULENT MEANS OR DEVICES, OR ANY OTHER METHOD, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGE OCCURS AS A RESULT OF COMPANY'S OR ITS NETWORK SERVICE SUPPLIER'S NEGLIGENCE. Disclaimer of Consequential Damages. IN NO EVENT WILL COMPANY OR ITS NETWORK SERVICES SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFITS, OR FOR ANY OTHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED HEREUNDER. Export Compliance: User further agree to comply with U.S. Export laws concerning the transmission of technical data and other regulated materials via the Connectivity Services.
Content Responsibility. (a) BBN PLANET RESPONSIBILITY. Customer acknowledges and agrees that BBN Planet has no responsibility for the content of transmissions by Customer and End Users which may pass through the Network.

Customer agrees that it will not use the Service in ways that violate laws, infringe the rights of others, or interfere with the users, services, or equipment of the network. GTA reserves the right to terminate the Service in the event of chronic or uncured violations of this Section. GTA shall be under no obligation to monitor the compliance of Customer and its end users.

Member agrees that it will not use the connectivity services in ways that violate laws, infringe the rights of others, or interfere with the users, Services, or equipment of the network. For example, end user shall not distribute unsolicited advertising, chain letters, or commercial electronic mail ("spamming"); propagate computer worms or viruses; attempt to gain unauthorized entry to other computers, data or networks; distribute any pornography, obscenity, or defamatory material the Internet; or infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
Content Responsibility. Polaris Global is not responsible for any information, details, names, claims or any other language or content that is distributed by any client, company, or organization utilizing the Directline Conferencing Services. Customer assumes complete liability for anything verbal or written content or portrayal on any Polaris Global Directline Conference call, product, service or device, whether or not approved by Polaris Global, and customer will indemnify and hold harmless Polaris Global for, from and against any claims, loss, cost or damage caused or arising out of such content. Copyright. All conference calls, recordings, or any communications generated or hosted on our systems are the sole property of Polaris Global and may be utilized, distributed or disseminated by, or with the approval of, Polaris Global in any manner Polaris Global Marketing Communications deems necessary or appropriate in its sole and absolute discretion. These communications, whether live, recorded, written or stored in electronic format, cannot be rebroadcast, copied or distributed in any manner, method or duration without the express written consent of Polaris Global.
Content Responsibility. You are responsible for all liability arising from content transmitted by or to you or your users when using the Services. You must ensure that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and instructions, whether written or electronic. VoiceSkyCom reserves the right to terminate or suspend Services and/or remove content if it deems that your use or content does not comply with this Agreement or interferes with VoiceSkyCom's ability to provide Services. VoiceSkyCom’s actions or inactions under this provision do not imply approval of your use or content. You agree to indemnify and hold VoiceSkyCom harmless against any liabilities related to content transmitted by or to you or your users. A “USER” refers to any individual, whether authorized or unauthorized, using the Service and/or IAD provided to the VoiceSkyCom Customer.
