More Definitions of New Collateral Agent

New Collateral Agent means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., in its capacity as collateral agent under the Collateral Agency Agreement or such other Person then serving as collateral agent under the Collateral Agency Agreement.

New Collateral Agent means the collateral agent or other similar representative for any New Pari Passu Indebtedness.

If the new Revolving Credit Obligations under the new Revolving Facility Documents are secured by assets of the Grantors constituting Collateral that do not also secure the Noteholder Obligations, then the Noteholder Obligations shall be secured at such time by a second priority Lien on such assets to the same extent provided in the Noteholder Documents and this Agreement.
