Collective Bargaining Agreements shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.05.
Collective Bargaining Agreement means any Contract that has been entered into with any labor organization, union, works council, employee representative or association.

Bargaining Unit means the unit of Employees as described on the Labour Relations Board Certificate.
Exclusive bargaining representative means any employee
Appropriate bargaining unit means the unit designated by the Employment Relations Board
bargaining agent means the Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario.
Group contract means a contract for health care services which by its terms limits eligibility to members of a specified group. The group contract may include coverage for dependents.
Key Sub-Contract means each Sub-Contract with a Key Sub-Contractor;
sub-contract means the primary contractor’s assigning, leasing, making out work to, or employing, another person to support such primary contractor in the execution of part of a project in terms of the contract;
Seller 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6(e) below.
Shared Contracts means agreements, arrangements, commitments or understandings, whether or not in writing, between one or more members of the Publishing Group and / or one or more members of the Distributing Group, on the one hand, and any Third Parties, on the other hand, that are used in the conduct of, or directly benefit or burden, either (i) both the Distributing Business and the Publishing Business or (ii) the Business of a Group not party thereto.
Selective contracting arrangement means an arrangement in which a carrier participates in selective contracting with one or more providers, and which arrangement contains reasonable benefit differentials, including, but not limited to, predetermined fee or reimbursement rates for covered benefits applicable to participating and nonparticipating providers.
Training Agreement means an agreement registered under the provisions of the Industrial and Commercial Training Act 1985.
Shared Contract shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.8(a).
New Contracts means binding new agreements or amendments to existing agreements with customers.
Bargaining representative means a labor organization recognized by an employer or certified by the commission as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative of certain employees of the employer.
Seller Plan means any Employee Benefit Plan maintained, or contributed to, by the Seller, any Subsidiary or any ERISA Affiliate.
Business Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(a).
Seller Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.13(a).
bargaining council means a bargaining council registered in terms of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, and, in relation to the public service, includes the bargaining councils referred to in section 35 of that Act;
Bargaining Unit Seniority is defined as the length of continuous service within the bargaining unit since the last date of entry into the bargaining unit.
Union Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.12(a).
Transferred Contracts has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.1(c).
Buyer Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 6.02(b).
Public work contract means a contract for constructing, altering, or repairing a public building or carrying out or completing any pub- lic work. Gov’t Code 2253.001(4)
