New Investment Services definition

New Investment Services means work on or for any New Investment Project, including, but not limited to, any planning, design, engineering, labor, procurement of materials and supplies, materials management, quality assurance, training, security, and environmental protection, together with maintaining or obtaining licenses and regulatory approvals related thereto, governmental affairs or regulatory relationships, administration of payables and receivables, and all other activity required for the safe and reliable operation of the New Investment Project and/or the relevant Generation Facility or that may be required to comply with Legal Requirements.
New Investment Services means work for the Generation Facilities relating to the planning, design, licensing, acquisition, construction, completion, renewal, improvement, addition, repair, replacement or enlargement of any Unit of Property (as described in the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's "Units of Property for Use in Accounting for Additions and Retirements of Electric Plants"), under circumstances where expenditures for such work are to be capitalized in accordance with the Electric Plant Instructions of the Uniform System of Accounts prescribed for Class A and B utilities by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
New Investment Services means work undertaken with respect to Each Plant that relates to the planning, design, licensing, acquisition, construction, completion, renewal, improvement, addition, replacement, repair, enlargement or modification of any Unit of Property as described in the Retirement Unit Manual of the Southern Electric System, including any amendments thereof as may from time to time be appropriate or necessary to comply with Legal Requirements, under circumstances where expenditures for such work are to be capitalized in accordance with the Electric Plant Instructions of the Uniform System of Accounts prescribed for Class A and B Public Utilities and Licensees by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

Examples of New Investment Services in a sentence

  • In furtherance of the foregoing, Owner authorizes Operator, and Operator agrees to provide, Operation and Maintenance Services and Fuel Services for the Generation Facilities and, as authorized herein, New Investment Services.

  • Owner shall pay to Operator all costs incurred by Operator relating to New Investment Services for the Generation Facilities, including obligations incurred to third parties, direct costs of Operator associated with such New Investment Services and the Generation Facilities' allocated share of Operator's other costs associated with such activities.

  • Allocation of costs to New Investment Services shall be performed in accordance with the methodology agreed-upon from time to time by Owner and Operator pursuant to Section 4.1 hereof.

  • On or before August 15 of each calendar year, the Operating Agent shall prepare and submit to each Participant of such jointly-owned plants and associated switchyards a written budget estimate of the costs of New Investment Services (other than nuclear fuel) anticipated to be incurred during the next calendar year at such plant.

  • In addition to the right to conduct management audits pursuant to Section 5.4 hereof, each Participant shall have the right to conduct, at its own expense, audits of the costs of Agency Functions, Operation and Maintenance Services, New Investment Services and Fuel Services and any other costs charged to and paid by such Participant.

  • In furtherance of the foregoing, Owner authorizes [OPCO], and [OPCO] agrees to provide, Operation and Maintenance Services, New Investment Services, and Fuel Services for the Generation Facilities.

  • Owner shall pay to [OPCO] all costs incurred by [OPCO] relating to New Investment Services for the Generation Facilities, including obligations incurred to third parties, direct costs of [OPCO] associated with such New Investment Services and the Generation Facilities allocated share of [OPCO]'s other costs associated with such activities.

Related to New Investment Services

  • Investment Services means the Investment Services under the Company’s CIF license which can be found in the document “Company Information”.

  • Investment Management Services means any services which involve: (i) the management of an investment account or Fund (or portions thereof or a group of investment accounts or Funds); (ii) the giving of advice with respect to the investment and/or reinvestment of assets or funds (or any group of assets or funds); or (iii) otherwise acting as an “investment adviser” within the meaning of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended, including, without limitation, in each of the foregoing cases, performing activities related or incidental thereto.

  • Payment Services means such Services as We provide in relation to payments into and out of Your Account.

  • Replacement Services means any services which are substantially similar to any of the Services and which the Customer receives in substitution for any of the Services following the Call Off Expiry Date, whether those services are provided by the Customer internally and/or by any third party;

  • Management Services means the services specified in sub-clauses 3.1 to 3.8 as indicated affirmatively in Boxes 5 to 12.

  • Procurement Services shall refer to a business unit of OGS, formerly known as New York State Procurement (“NYSPro”) and Procurement Services Group (“PSG”).

  • Portfolio Management Services means management of the investment and reinvestment of the assets belonging to the Series, consisting specifically of the following:

  • Client services means services provided directly to agency

  • Case management services means planned referral, linkage, monitoring and support, and advocacy provided in partnership with a consumer to assist that consumer with self sufficiency and community tenure and take place in the individual’s home, in the community, or in the facility, in accordance with a service plan developed with and approved by the consumer and qualified staff.

  • Investment Advisory Services means (a) advice with respect to the desirability of investing in, purchasing or selling securities or other property, including the power to determine what securities or other property shall be purchased or sold, but not including furnishing only statistical and other factual information (such as economic factors and trends); and (b) the provision of financial, economic or investment management services, but only if ancillary and related to the advice referred to in clause (a) above.

  • Outplacement Services means professional outplacement services determined by the Employer to be suitable to the Executive’s position. The maximum amount that the Employer will pay for such services is set forth on the first page of the Agreement. The outplacement services shall be made available until the earlier of (i) such time as the aggregate cost to the Employer of the outplacement services reaches the maximum amount specified on the first page of the Agreement, and (iii) the date on which the Executive obtains another full-time job. The Employer will not pay the Executive cash in lieu of professional outplacement services.

  • Development Services “Target Market”; “Investment Areas”; and “Targeted Populations” have the meanings ascribed to such terms in 12 C.F.R. 1805.104.

  • Management Services Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(d).

  • Management Services Agreements means, collectively, (i) the Management Services Agreement, dated as of August 4, 2020, by and between Peabody Investments Corp. and each of the Client Companies listed on the signature page thereto and (ii) the Management Services Agreement, dated as August 4, 2020, by and between Peabody Energy Australia Pty Ltd and each of the Client Companies listed on the signature page thereto, in each case, as amended, modified or replaced from time to time so long as the amended, modified or new arrangements, taken as a whole at the time such arrangements are entered into, are not materially less favorable to the Main Issuer and its Subsidiaries than those in effect on the Issue Date.

  • Cash Management Services means any cash management or related services including treasury, depository, return items, overdraft, controlled disbursement, merchant store value cards, e-payables services, electronic funds transfer, interstate depository network, automatic clearing house transfer (including the Automated Clearing House processing of electronic funds transfers through the direct Federal Reserve Fedline system) and other cash management arrangements.

  • Equivalent Services shall have the meaning set out in Clause 6.3;

  • Merchant Services means services provided to merchants relating to the authorization, transaction capture, settlement, chargeback handling and internet-based transaction processing of credit, debit, stored-value and loyalty card and other payment transactions (including provision of point of service devices and other equipment necessary to capture merchant transactions and other ancillary services).

  • Employment Services means "employment services" as defined in OAR 411-345-0020.
