New Sites definition

New Sites means all websites either acquired or created by GA meeting the --------- minimum standards of quality as defined and published by GA and as approved by EUI.
New Sites means where Openreach either directly or through any BT Group company holds an agreement (existing before or after the Effective Date) for installation of the Primary Service with a developer that is (either directly or through any affiliate, sub-contractor, agent, or other representative) undertaking demolition, new build, conversion, and / or refurbishment works at site; New to BT Network means a Premise where there has been no Openreach products and services including any Products on the relevant line at such Premises at any point in the last 90 consecutive days prior to the date of an Order for the Primary Service excluding any Premise on New Sites; Offer means the commercial proposal for the Primary Service as set out in this Offer Contract;
New Sites means the Phase 2a and Phase 2b sites at which Stations are to be located as set out in Schedule 1 or as otherwise determined by the Council in accordance with the provisions of clause 4.

New Sites means One 2 One and CTI New Sites
New Sites means all locations in the Territory for the construction of new communications towers or monopoles for use by any Transferring Subsidiary (including Tower Assets, but excluding any Communication Equipment associated therewith) other than Merger Sites, and in each case on which a Transferring Subsidiary would become a tenant (on terms consistent with those set forth in the Nextel Master Site Lease Agreement).

Related to New Sites

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Work Locations means any real estate that Windstream owns, leases or licenses or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement.

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • Work Site means the site where the Work is being performed.

  • City’s Site means any land and/or premises owned by the City on which or in respect of which the Services are performed by the Consultant;

  • Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • Service Locations means those locations set forth on Exhibit B.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;
