Nonqualified Plans definition

Nonqualified Plans means The Readers Digest Association, Inc. Executive Retirement Plan (the "Executive Retirement Plan"), The Reader's Digest Association, Inc. Executive Cash Balance Plan (the "Executive Cash Balance Plan") and the Excess Benefit Retirement Plan of The Reader's Digest Association, Inc. (the "Excess Cash Balance Plan").
Nonqualified Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(e) hereof.
Nonqualified Plans means the Holiday Inns, Inc. Nonqualified Savings Plan, the Executive Deferred Compensation Plan, the Deferred Compensation Plan and the Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan.

Nonqualified Plans means, when immediately preceded by “Air Products,” the Air Products Deferred Compensation Plan and the Supplementary Pension Plan of Air Products, each as may be amended from time to time, and, when immediately preceded by “Versum,” the Versum Deferred Compensation Plan to be established by Versum pursuant to Sections 3.2 and 7.1.
Nonqualified Plans means the Automatic Data Processing, Inc. Deferred Compensation Plan (as amended from time to time), the Automatic Data Processing, Inc. Retirement and Savings Restoration Plan (as amended from time to time), and any other retirement or savings plan maintained by the Company or its subsidiaries that is not intended to be qualified under Section 401(a) or Section 401(k) of the Code.
Nonqualified Plans means collectively the UST Inc. Benefit Restoration Plan, the UST Inc. Officers’ Supplemental Retirement Plan, and the UST Inc. Excess Retirement Benefit Plan.
