Nonrepresented Employee definition

Nonrepresented Employee means any Property Employee who is not represented by a union.
Nonrepresented Employee means any individual who is classified by Lucent as a Lucent Business Assistant or who is an "Employee" as defined under the terms of the LRIP or the pension plan to be established by Agere pursuant to Section 2.3 that corresponds to the LRIP.
Nonrepresented Employee means any employee of Seller employed in the Business who is not a Represented Employee.

More Definitions of Nonrepresented Employee

Nonrepresented Employee means an employee who is excluded from, or not otherwise subject to, collective bargaining, and who is employed in a class which has been designated by the director as being entitled to the enhanced benefits provided by Section 19871.2 due to the relationship of that class to represented classes who are entitled to the enhanced benefits pursuant to a memorandum of understanding.
Nonrepresented Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 5.20(a) of the Master Sale Agreement.
Nonrepresented Employee means a Business Employee who is not covered under a Collective Bargaining Agreement or otherwise represented by a labor union or works council.

  • Tipped employee means any employee engaged in an occupation in which s/he customarily and regularly receives more than $30 per month in tips. Tips include amounts designated as a tip by credit card customers on their charge slips. Nothing in this rule prevents an employer from requiring employees to share or allocate such tips or gratuities on a pre-established basis among other employees who customarily and regularly receive tips. Employer-required sharing of tips with employees who do not customarily and regularly receive tips, such as management or food preparers, or deduction of credit card processing fees from tipped employees, shall nullify allowable tip credits towards the minimum wage.

  • Designated Employee means an employee who has been designated by the school to receive complaints of hazing, harassment and bullying pursuant to subdivision 16 V.S.A. 570a(a)(7). The designated employees for each school building are identified in Appendix A of this policy.

Such officer status shall be determined pursuant to the executive compensation disclosure rules under the Exchange Act.

  • Former Employee means an individual who has severed employment with the Employer or an Affiliated Employer.

  • Permanent part-time employee means a person who is appointed to work hours that are less in number than a full-time employee and who is appointed as such in accordance with section 37(3)(a) of the State Service Act 2000.

  • Bona fide employee means a person, employed by a bidder and subject to the bidder's supervision and control as to time, place, and manner of performance, who neither exerts, nor proposes to exert improper influence to solicit or obtain contracts nor holds out as being able to obtain any contract(s) through improper influence.

  • Affiliated employee means any individual employed by a recipient who receives compensation directly from government assistance or a contract with the District of Columbia government, including any employee of a contractor or subcontractor of a recipient who performs services pursuant to government assistance or a contract. The term “affiliated employee” does not include those individuals who perform only intermittent or incidental services with respect to the government assistance or contract, or who are otherwise employed by the contractor, recipient or subcontractor.
