Notice of Issue definition

Notice of Issue means a document in the form set out in Schedule 4 (Notice of Issue) to this Agreement.
Notice of Issue means a notice served on the Land Owner by the Market Operator confirming that Environmental Credits have been issued to developers in relation to the Site, to enable them to meet the conditions of Relevant Planning Permission(s).
