NOx budget permit definition

NOx budget permit means the legally binding and federally enforceable written document, or portion of such document, issued by the director, including any permit revisions, specifying the NOx budget trading program requirements applicable to a NOx budget source, to each NOx budget unit at the NOx budget source, and to the owners and operators and the NOx authorized account representative of the NOx budget source and each NOx budget unit.
NOx budget permit means the legally binding and federally enforceable written document or portion of the document:

Related to NOx budget permit

  • Operating Permit means a permit issued pursuant to section 10 of this local law. The term “Operating Permit” shall also include an Operating Permit which is renewed, amended or extended pursuant to any provision of this local law.

  • Project Budget means the budget and project description included in the grant application. The Project Budget must succinctly describe all major elements of project work, the estimated cost of each, and clearly allocate requested grant funding and match contributions to each.

  • Title V operating permit means a permit issued under Chapter 3745-77 of the Administrative Code.

  • Draft permit means the version of a permit for which the permitting authority offers public participation and, in the case of a Class I draft operating permit, affected State review.

  • Development Budget shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.

  • Environmental and Social Commitment Plan or “ESCP” means the environmental and social commitment plan for the Project, dated May 14, 2020, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the provisions thereof, which sets out the material measures and actions that the Borrower shall carry out or cause to be carried out to address the potential environmental and social risks and impacts of the Project, including the timeframes of the actions and measures, institutional, staffing, training, monitoring and reporting arrangements, and any environmental and social instruments to be prepared thereunder.

  • CapEx Budget means the annual budget covering the planned Capital Expenditures for the period covered by such budget. The CapEx Budget shall not include Capital Expenditures consisting of discretionary expenditures made to acquire fee or easement interests with respect to any Ground Leased Property, or non-recurring expenditures made to enhance the Operating Revenues of a Property.

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • Building Permit means a permit for the construction of one or more Units, issued by the City, or other public agency in the event the City no longer issues said permits for the construction of Units within CFD No. 11. For purposes of this definition, "Building Permits" shall not include permits for construction or installation of commercial/industrial structures, parking structures, retaining walls, and utility improvements not intended for human habitation.
