Examples of NTS operator in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the modified charges to be paid by the licensee in accordance with paragraph 1 above shall be payable in accordance with the licensee’s obligations governing the payment of those charges to the NTS operator, except insofar as required by the shortfall direction and so notified to the licensee by the NTS operator.

  • The licensee shall make arrangements which shall ensure that the provision by it of a first call emergency response service to the NTS operator is effected by a competent person or persons who have been adequately trained and possess appropriate expertise to provide that service on behalf of the licensee.
